Google Search: Is THIS how the MSM works??

In the past 24 hours I've gotten e-mails from producers at Fox News, CNN, NBC's Today Show, and several regional newspapers. Why me? Google.

Has Google become the foundation for MSM research? I certainly hope not.

That's how I do research.

So, tell me again why the MSM is superior to blogs?

On a related note check out Take Back the News, which integrates MSM stories with Bloggers and their takes.

1 Give them hell Rusty. I think the part they dont get is that people are looking for a selection of news, not just one outlet blowing their own horn.

Keep 'em guessing, and keep up the good work Rusty!

2 You do research?

3 I'm sorry, make that "research". The "" changes everything....

4 You know, I am the number one Google hit for the phrase "resistance in futile," but Trekkies never ever seek me out for information. Life just isn't fair.

5 Gullyborg... that's probably because they are searching for "resistance is futile" instead.

6 Congrats! It is about time.

7 Actually Rusty - I do not use Google but I did put your name in on another search engine and you came up third.

Blogs are better than the MSM and if anyone doesn't think they don't read them, is lying.
