3 Hmmm. I'm 6'2"/200 and do 1,500 reps on my Bowflex every other day. Not sure I could lose a physical fight with a Kerry supporter no matter how hard I tried to throw it. I... could... however... turn this punk into a libertarian/conservative if you'd like.

5 Wouldn't it be wonderful if this "fight-man" showed the same fiery passion, commitment and willingness to beat the hell out of a TERRORIST??

Pipe dream, I know.

6 Hey speaking of bowflex, thinking about getting one; does it take up much room??? Thinking of this as a family Xmas present. We all could use it.

7 That's the thing: for some of us it's not difficult to win a fight. But losing a fight...that takes guts.

8 Foward this asshole my name and address. I'll be more than happy to assist him.

9 Strange that a Kerry supporter would want to fight. Kerry didn't.

11 Don't ever throw a fight.

My last physical fight came 18 years ago when I was 15 years of age.

This lad decided he wanted to pick on me. I could've spanked his ass but I'd gotten a bit of a reputation as a fighter and at that age, I wanted to concentrate on my education and leaving school at 16 with good grades.

I just let him wrestle me to the ground and hit me a few times, at which point he said, "Give up?" I said, "Yeah, I give up."

I got up and walked home and for the last 18 years I have wanted to revisit that day and put his fucking teeth down his throat.

Throwing a fight does not take guts.

If philosophical debate is what they're seeking then meet it in kind and treat them with the respect they deserve. Give it your best shot.

If physical force is what it someone is seeking to employ then meet it in kind. Again, treat them with the respect they deserve but always give it your best shot.

12 naa the bowflex is an exellent space saver workout machine.

doesnt take up a lot of space, and its best features are~~~

1. you can safely work out alone, with out fear of accidently killing yourself or injuring yourself benchpressing to much wieght. ***very importaqnt***

2. you can move through exercises fast, with out the hassle of putting on or taking off heavy plates, which could throw your back out if you move in an awkward way while doing it.

3. because its easy to use you can focus on a fast, high impact workout, in less time than with free wieghts or going to the gym. and unless you own the best most complete free wieght set up, you get more potential exercise stations/positions.

13 Yeah and I wanna look like that "50 year old grandmother" that does the commercial!

I'm almost there, just need to tone up a bit more.

14 If this guys a Kerry supporter he's already a bit of a wet flannel.
What gets me is how he deduces that a wet flannel is going to make any sort of impact on a Bushman.
Just a thought.
