Obama To Try to Close GITMO Again

Its against the law currently to bring Prisoners of War from GITMO to the US. Lest they gain constitutional rights.

Which is a huge flaw in our thinking. So long as al-Qaeda ISIS, al-Shabaab and other groups have declared war against his, until the end of this state of hostility we may hold them. No matter where we hold them they are Prisoners of War, not criminals.

So while I would be for say moving them to someplace much colder, we don't have to move them at all.

And given Obama's record on GITMO detainees, um yea.

All it really takes to solve the problem are three officers and a firing squad, but the days of American common sense on these matters has long past.

1 The executions should have been done in the Battlefield, where nobody would have questioned them. The Taliban and ISIS don't take prisoners unless there is propaganda value in doing so. They later torture or behead them, anyhow.

I say drop them in a life raft in the middle of the ocean...

3 Three officers? Really only one is needed. A Sgt. will be the NCOIC of the firing squad.
