10,000 On The ISIS Offensive In Iraq

Graphic warning.

1 Iraq was better off with Saddam Hussein in power.

2 That is the truth, Hoos.

I do not understand the psychological dynamic that makes these men go quietly to their death. The group of men with their hands free could have attempted to wrest a gun away from their captors. They know they are marked for death. Why not put up one last fight and hope that some can escape in the chaos? Or at least take some of the black-flag murderers with them?

3 Captain Harlock because they come from a very submissive culture and religion. Their religion and culture tells them to be submissive to authority. You would never see Americans, at least not most American males, acting like that. Furthermore, they probably have little experience with firearms-- most people see a guy with a firearm and immediately get terrified and submissive, because they think firearms hold some sort of supernatural power to control.

4 Iraq was probably better off with Hussein in the short term, however, we were better off with us there baby-sitting within striking distance of the real enemy (Iran). And yes, probably would have been there for a long time, but in control. We will pay a stiff price, very soon for ceding our gains and our strategic advantage in the middle east. The blood is all on O's hands (and you if you voted for him Hoos). We are screwed.

5 Nuke it from orbit. Just to be sure.

6 Because a plastic shredder is better than poison gas, rape and being shot by an AK 47?
Just be glad they are killing each other without American help, which was the plan in the beginning, get them to fight for us.

7 Nukes. Turn it into parking lot. Split the parking revenue with Israel. Sell the residual glass to Corning. Done.

8 Get this.
Now iran wants to help the iraqis.

One of my best friends, a guy I knew from childhood on, was KIA in Iraq back in 2007.

The more I see from present day Iraq, the more I think he died for nothing. His life was wasted trying to help these miserable bastards.

The more I see of Muslims, the more I hate them, all of them. Are there good Muslims in the world? I don't know anymore. Were there ever any to begin with?

Other than suicide vests and beheading videos, what have these twisted evil pieces of shit contributed to the world?

I fucking hate them all.

10 @Captain Harlock - We don't know if ISIS lied to these surrender soldiers that they won't be harmed and at the end deceived them by killing all of these men. I suspect that's what they probably did.

@Hoos - Saying Saddam Hussein being in power was better off for Iraq. Well what about Syria, the US or it's allies didn't invade that country or topple it's leader and look at it now - it's in a middle of a civil war. I believe Iraq would have ended up like Syria just after the Arab Spring, if Saddam was in power.

11 Iraqi's are dying and American's are not, Iraqi's are killing Iraqi's and American's are not, it don't get no better than this unless Iranian's and Iraqi's start killing each other with poison gas, then it will be e dream come true!
We also lost a family member killed in Iraq, I too fucking hate the place and every Iraqi in the world.
Kill each other, I do not care.

12 essentially, there are two types of muslims:

1. the extremist muslim that wants to kill you himself

2. the moderate muslim that donates money to an extremist muslim to kill you

i have no use for them

islam is not only a religion that violates the human rights of half the people on the planet, but it also doubles as a political ideology that is indistinguishable from nazism

13 @Birbal The possibility of what you said may be true, but why get thousands of American troops killed and have a trillion dollars wasted, if Iraq was going to implode on its own anyway?

Posted by: Hoos at June 15, 2014 01:59 PM

14 What would third world armies/jihadis do without Toyota Hilux pick-ups?

Posted by: LittleRed1 at June 15, 2014 05:45 PM

15 @Hoos--I do not think Iraq was going to implode anyway. Iraq and parts of the greater Arab world are imploding because Carter II is in charge of foreign policy. Who would have thought in 2003 that the country would elect Barack Obama and his team of Carter retreads not only once but twice.

16 Don't worry! They say Obama may authorize air strikes to help Iran fight the ISIS!
Don't worry? Not long ago Iranian's were killing American soldiers there.
Do we start to worry when Obama flies American airstrikes against New York in support of Iran's war against the United States?
I mean, Damn!

The really graphic photos of the ISIS shooting their prisoners no longer appear on the linked photo page. They were there yesterday.
