Harry Reid: Obamacare Website Isn't Faulty; People Are Just too Stupid To Use It
This is what Harry Reid thinks of the American people:
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) said the fault of struggling to sign up on the Obamacare exchanges didn't lie with the faulty website, but with the people who weren't "educated on how to use the Internet." Explaining the reasoning behind the latest Obamacare delay, Reid said too many people just didn't know to use their computer properly and needed more time. Apparently, it had nothing to do with the well-documented failings of the website that have embarrassed the White House for months. Those who were intelligent enough to sign up and found their new insurance policies lacking are all just a bunch of liars.

I'll use that excuse for failing to pay my income tax come April 15.
"Sorry, sir. I was too stupid to figure out how to fill out the 1040EZ form. You understand, I'm sure, because you look like you're a fellow room-temperature IQ person.
