Malaysia Now Also Saying Missing Plane was "Inside Job"

I wonder if two years from now when we know what happened we'll look back and say, of course you idiots:

he Malaysian Prime Minister stopped short of calling the disappearance of Flight 370 a hijacking, but he said Saturday that the jet veered off course, likely due to deliberate action taken by someone aboard....

"Evidence is consistent with someone acting deliberately from inside the plane," Prime Minister Najib Razak said, officially confirming the plane's disappearance was not caused by an accident....

Shortly after Najib spoke with reporters, a source close to the investigation told CNN that Malaysian police had searched the home of pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah, 53. Shah lives in a gated community in Shah Alam, outside Kuala Lumpur.

Any new theories on this since the last thread in which I hypothesized an act of terror gone wrong where the passengers took charge once they realized the plane had been taken?

1 Still going with Hypoxia.

There is no point in hijacking a plane and then flying it for several hours into the middle of nowhere.

2 I suspect the Chinese are so used to obeying their Leaders that I doubt they would attack the cockpit. I'm betting Instant Jihad Syndrome on one of the pilots part and maybe a few "helpers".

4 TV now says the plane had the waypoints programmed in after takeoff and that this is a certain fact that investigators absolutely sure of. I say, how could they know? So they're going with the idea that the pilot must have hijacked it, but there's still the possibility of the plane being on autopilot with the wrong waypoints loaded after a computer failure, in line with the hypoxia theory.

Eddie Adams's theory might be the best one we have so far.

For the moment, and until there is absolute proof that the pilot is to blame, I am going with the theory that he is being made into a scapegoat by the Malaysian government. My reasoning is that he is tied to the former Prime Minister Ibrahim who was jailed on false charges... but more about that some other time.
I note that some people think that the plane ended up in the middle of nowhere... wrong.... if you have a look at the map of the flight path, it passes close to a rather remote area of China, one that is occupied by the Uighars.
On board that flight is a Uighar who has had flight training via simulators. I cannot point the finger at him either.
One possible scenario is that the aircraft was flown to a remote part of China that is home to the Muslim Uighars. The flight path, especially once it reached the Adaman islands could easily have changed again so that it veered into China in this remote region.
Of course my opinion is speculation but if the aircraft had been blown up there would have been visible wreckage... and there is nothing.

9 Interesting the captain of Flight 370, Zaharie Shah, has a YouTube channel. One of the videos called How To Tune Aircon To Save Electricity features the man himself. The YouTube video is below:
