4 Hey grego, adults don't need Sesame Street to inform them what constitutes right and wrong behavior. In another life, I worked a lot of nights and was force fed (AM Radio) every Ad Council PSA POS behavioral modification ad running during that time frame. That was the late 90's...a lot of good that propaganda achieve, huh grego.

5 This is crap. Speed wasn't the problem, it was the idiot pulling out. The speedo shot shows him only a couple of kph over the limit of 100. So do the math. Assume the guy first sees the car when it is about 300 metres away. Calculate the difference in available time between the car traveling 100kph and 105kph. Only difference would be slight move rearward in the point of impact, killing the kid and probably leaving the idiot father alive to think about it for years to come. For all the crap about road safety it is still more often the fault of the road condition, the vehicle condition or a moment of poor judgement than speed that is the main factor.

We even had an anti speed bull segment on TV this week with a poor girl whose boyfriend was killed by a "speeding and drunk" driver. Yet speed is the bogeyman, not that the idiot was tanked.

6 In leftist land, the individual is never at fault. It is always the community who must bend over backwards to accommodate some irresponsible twit.
