Nope, that is not true!
Its because I emailed everyone on Oct 01, 2013 and in the subject line I putthe following"Everyone: Crash healthcare​.gov !"
Body of email "If enough hit the site, we may be able to bring Obama caredown!"
And I provided the health care URL.
And THAT is why the site stinks as bad as it does!
