Rumor: Snowden en route to Cuba

When your "whistleblower" decides his safest bet for assylum is in China (wrong), Russia (wrong), or now Cuba .... then I think you know pretty much everything there is to know about the guy.

Many of you are too young to remember this, but there actually were a number of people during the Cold War from the US who "defected" to the Soviet Union, Cuba, China, and yes even North Korea.

People are stupid, go figure.

1 Bad luck for him if the Castros croak. Cause the Cubans might suddenly realize that it's good to be capitalist.

2 If he's on his way to Cubia the Russian plane has to refuel at Shannon Ireland. The Irish Government has promised to give Snowden asylum no questions asked. I think Snowden will go for it since Ireland is English speaking, the welfare payouts are fantastic, the majority of the country is very Socialist politically,................And most importantly, no matter how much the Irish pretend to like America; in fact they loath it and begrudge the loudmouth rich Capitalist Yanks!

There are actually is a number of people who still remember those defections, but the times have changed and US now is what USSR, Cuba and China were back then, while only Cuba is still the same.

When your whistleblowers feel a need to defect to socialist paradise, the first thought should be 'what are we doing wrong?'

And one thing you are doing wrong is stomping all over BoR while importing terrorists. Should be the other way around: BoR held as supreme and terrorists kept abroad.

Good luck to you, confused people.

5 Yeah, the ones who defected to Cuba were brilliant compared to the ones who defected to North Korea.
