Maryland Epicenter of Gun-O-Phobia

Maryland where interrogating five-year-olds till they wet their pants is not child abuse. You know, unless their parents did it. Then they'd throw the book at those tea baggers!

School officials in Calvert County, Maryland have denied a request to expunge the suspension of the kindergartener who brought a plastic cap gun on a school bus last month and then wet his pants during a subsequent interrogation.

School district officials had no comment about the decision.

The entire country has seen an epidemic of anti-gun hysteria in school settings involving things that somehow resemble guns but aren’t actually real guns. However, the state of Maryland seems to be some sort of epicenter for the phenomenon.

Last week, Anne Arundel County school district officials denied an eerily similar appeal to have Baltimore-area second-grader Joshua Welch’s suspension expunged. Welch is the eight-year-old kid who was suspended for two days in March because his teacher thought he shaped a breakfast pastry into something resembling a gun.

1 There's no reasoning with these people so the best advice is to hire a lawyer and sue the shit out of them.

2 Sticks and stones will break my bones but saying the word "GUN" will get me suspended.

3 Someone will get pissed and start shooting more teachers because of this!
(No, I no longer own any firearms)

4 The visionary authors of a book available free of charge from have foretold the events like that. This is a war on our civilization paid for by zakaat.

I've read the book and it was an eye opener.

Just an observation: if shooting full auto firearms was legal and easily accessible, there would not be so many trigger happy jack booted thugs who joined police for just that - organizing more Wacos.

5 Sue them.

Intentional infliction of emotional distress.
False imprisonment.

6 In Britain they shoot them dead. Kids or no kids. Banana or no banana.

7 This is what the regime's wet dream is, to be able to make us all wet our pants during questioning about our firearms. I won't be doing that. No sir.

8 "suspended for two days in March because his teacher thought he shaped a breakfast pastry into something resembling a gun"

Seriously, when did the teachers in this country become such a bunch of Nazi faggots?

More I look at the situation, the better it seems when evil times come to let all these liberal shits be culled out - they really dont deserve protection as the primary agent for having brought the evil upon this country.

Let them be culled - it WILL 'be for the children'.....

9 Just some friendly advice: You guys realize that these cases make Americans look like idiots to the rest of the world? Especially those Euroweinies I am surrounded with use these school "zero tolerance" cases whenever they need a beyond perfect example to make their point about American stupidity. You guys should take a clue from the rest of the world where common sense has no need to be legislated. Some idiot principal confuses a pop tart with a gun? He will be shamed into oblivion. He would either end up banishing himself into the jungle or commit seppuku. The best tool you could use in these cases is ridicule.

10 Just read about a case in Logan, WVA, where an 8th grader was charged with obstruction and making terroristic threats for wearing an NRA T-shirt and refusing to take it off. The problem is not Americans. The problem is idiot liberals who are in charge, getting the vapors over guns and gun related material, and pushing their anti-gun agenda on the rest of us. Ridicule is fine, however the only thing they really understand is getting the shit sued out of them and hurting their pocket book and jobs. In this case in Logan, the stupid town clown cop, the teacher and the prosecuting attorney should be sued to the max for this crap.

11 For my son's preschool class, the teachers had little goody bags for the kids. The boys all got little plastic light-up guns. A good time was had by all (and now I have to listen to the little gun noises). Full disclosure-- this was a private preschool. Maybe there is still some sanity and understanding in teachers who are allowed to be outside the PC box.

12 #11. Christmas at the son's kindergarten every boy got a SciFi blaster that made about twenty different sounds and flashed lights like an Arclight strike.
This was years ago thirty something to be exact it sounded like the Bomber raid on Schweinfurt with an assist from the Federation of planets Star ships.
The girls all got kits to make jewelry and bracelets from parts.
Many of the girls grabbed a Phaser and joined in the fun.
I believe my hearing aids died during that party.

13 Just saying, our parents and teachers tried hard to keep us from smoking tobacco and the more it was banned (Yup Redneck south we smoked in elementary school them what didn't dip or chew) the more we desired it.
Guns banned from kids will just make them more desirable by the same kids who will vote second amendment as adults.
