Another Non Monetary Bleg

Anyone know how to get rid of the amsecure (dot) exe virus on a Windows 8 machine? I've Googled it to death but most of what I've found looks like more malware.

My email is in the Contacts page linked ^^^ up there. Thanks in advance.

Problem solved. You may resume watching your midget porn.

1 Do you use Malwarebytes free? Use that alternating with Superantispyware and your anti-virus.

2 Get a Mac.

3 Get Windows 7, and Avast.

4 Agreed with the above comment by JarvisW. Avast has saved my butt more times that I can count. I've had multiple new sites get a blocking warning from the software when some hacked page tries to upload software to my laptop. I had picked up some nasty malwarea couple of years ago from foxnews.com's main homepage and it installed a fake antivirus software without me doing anything and it shut down all internet connections and browsers except for a link to the website to "buy" a license for like $100 from them to basically be able to deinstall the site. I ended up having to use another PC to pull down the tools to remove it and install avast before it could get reinfected.

6 Vinnie, save yourself a lot of trouble in the future, buy ESET antivirus and use Malwarebytes free version. Macs suck.

7 obviously mark is too poor to afford a mac.

8 Macs are not a computer, they are a cult.

9 I have a Mac and I still use Intego anti-virus and firewall. It ain't paranoia if you've gotten a virus thanks to using MS software, even if it is the version for Macs.
