'Quarantine Her"! Says Tunisian Islamist Regarding FEMEN Aminia's Topless Photo

Castrate him for offending her! Says me

A Tunisian Salafi preacher has called for a 19-year old girl who posted her topless pictures on Facebook to be “quarantined” and stoned to death before she starts “an epidemic.”

Tunisian newspaper AssabahNews quoted Salafi preacher Alami Adel, who heads the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, saying: “According to God’s law, she deserves 80 to 100 lashes, but what she committed is worth much more than that. She deserves to be stoned to death and she must be quarantined because what she did is an epidemic.”[More]

Let's hope this 'epidemic' continues to catch on. No one controls a woman's body except for that woman. Islamists hate losing control of females.

Sadly, her parents are also part of the problem.

Amina has been delivered by her parents to a psychiatric hospital in Tunis, according to reports received by FEMEN leader Inna Shevchenko in Paris and reported by the U.S. based magazine the Atlantic.

Tunisian media said that if Amina committed the offence in Tunisia, she could be punished by up to two years in prison and be given a fine between $60 and $600.

A petition and an international day of action on April 4 to highlight the threats against Amina have been organized by activists.[More]

1 Unfortunately going topless will get you arrested in the United States. This law needs to be worked on.

2 I be that pic did put bulges in a few man-dresses in the hell-whole that is Tunisia.

In the spirit of accommodating people like myself, shouldn't there be a braille version of that message posted near the original?

4 I would think that the criticism of The Creator's work as if it were dirty would be a sin in any religion.

Who made this woman, and all women?

8 That woman does not deserve to die for speaking (and showing) out. The culprit in this matter (and most other miseries) is islam.

10 So many things could be said about thisbut one prompted by it reminds me of the Cold War.

Back then the USSR used "psychiatry" to intern dissidents. There was a lot of debate in the psychiatric and psychology community in the Westabout how to censure and isolate any "colleagues": involved in such an abuse.

So, are we witnessing the same thing happenning under Islam? Its news to me they even have psychiatric hospitals. All stereotypes aside, I thought their systems interpreted all un-islamic behaviour as either criminal or the work of the devil, the idea thay would actually believe in mental illness never occurred to me possible.

Next question, if this goes on, WHAT THE FUCK ARE WESTERN MEDICAL BODIES SAYING ABOUT IT/ (Rhetorical question, answer I assume is nothing)?

11 @4 makes no logical sense. Where was any criticism of the work of the creator?

Posted by: Axel at March 24, 2013 12:18 PM

12 @7...they are also hard on that evolution thing.
If she said it in a Western country then it would refer to abortionI expect. But its pretty clueless to interpret those words that way when they are written by an Arab woman, in Arabic, in an Islamic country.

13 Axel @ 10-
I'll tell you what western medical bodies will say, and do. They (and in particular the Washington City regime) will put people like us away for resisting. They won't even have to call us crazy, just different.
