State Department Defers on Samira Ibrahim for International Woman of Courage Award

Because not only is she an anti-Semite, she lied about it.

Weekly Standard:

Yesterday, THE WEEKLY STANDARD first reported that the State Department was about to bestow an International Woman of Courage Award on an anti-Semite and 9/11 fan. Egypt women’s rights activist Samira Ibrahim had left a record on her Twitter feed of statements quoting Hitler, celebrating the murder of Israelis in Bulgaria last summer, and the September 11, 2012 siege of the U.S. embassy in Cairo.

brahim claimed yesterday that her Twitter page had been “stolen” and she was not responsible for the hateful comments.

...Finally, Ibrahim herself has spoken, writing in Arabic on her Twitter page

I refuse to apologize to the Zionist lobby in America regarding my previous anti-Zionist statements under pressure from American government therefore they withdrew the award
See should have just been brave and honest about her love for Adolf Hitler and her hate for the Joos on the twitter-o-phone it would have been no problem. But to wuss out and lie like that .... well that's another story.

2 Hey. It takes courage to come to NYC and say anti-semitic shit. Those little guys with the gerry curls and black hats will stone your ass.

4 She seems to have a problem with Israel. Egyptian Muslim hates Israel. Is that so novel that someone wouldn't check her at before honoring her for whatever in Egypt. I sometimes wonder about the capabilities of those in Washington.
The Obama government is trying to kiss Egypt"s ass and I can't figure out why. What are they to us? Why are they important? Suez canal? I can't think of anything else.
