Feel Good Story of the Day! Strippers Eligible for Unemployment Benefits

My only question is whether they cut her a check or if they give her a big wad of ones?

The Kansas Supreme Court ruled that exotic dancers at a strip club have the right to collect unemployment insurance as employees and not independent contractors.

2 If they are employees, the rules are pretty clear. Maybe Bill Clinton can get them off the street.

3 "Have you stripped this week?

Have you TRIED to strip this week?

Pull out your g-string, here is your unemployment check."

4 How do I know your a stripper? Do you have any references?
It says here that your a Mrs. Unemployed housewives do not qualify for unemployment. But if your a stripper and can prove it...

5 Part of me thinks this is a way to get the clubs to better account for their earnings. Makes it easier to tax them. Strippers are second only to cabbies in hiding away money.

6 The only question should be did they or their employer pay into the unemployment insurance fund? Do they claim all their earnings? Hell no. Either does your favorite waitress, bell boy or grass cutter. At least most of them are good looking. I object to paying unemployment to fat slobs. They need less grocery money.

9 I can honestly say I have never been there. And I was still active duty when I first got here. Time Out, no, JW Finn's, yes. Remember Diana?

10 Me and some of the guys went out there a couple times years ago. Not sure I remember Diana but I do remember going to Finn's. Oh well, now we can buy booze in Wal Mart but I drink very seldom. I could of saved a small fortune in gas in 90s.
