Report: Antisemetism Rises Sharply in Western Europe
I'm looking over the presser that accompanies the report and keep scratching my head as to what possibly motivates a PC so strong that it is unable to identify the cause of the rise in antisemitic attacks? While it's true that neo-Nazism -- the so-called "radical right" -- is on the rise in Eastern Europe, it's not faring so well in Western Europe. In the West, "far right" parties are usually much more pro-Israel than any one.Israel Hayom:
The number of anti-Semitic incidents worldwide rose worryingly, according to a report on anti-Semitic trends prepared by Information and Diaspora Minister Yuli Edelstein and presented at Sunday's cabinet meeting. The report indicates a rise in terror acts and attempted terror attacks against Jewish targets, particularly by those associated with extremist Islamist movements or the radical Right... The report mentions a rise in street attacks, both verbal and physical, against Jews throughout the world. The trend is most pronounced in Western Europe. However, anti-Semitic incidents are up throughout the world, in Eastern and Western Europe as well as in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
It seems to me that if you are incapable of articulating the source of the problem then you are unwilling or unable to deal with it. In Western Europe the source of antisemitism is mainly in Muslim immigrant communities and, to a lesser extent, to their sympathizers on the Left who use classic antisemitic motifs of disproportionate power and oppression. See this Sunday Times cartoon for evidence, a criticism of Israel hardly coming from the Right.

I think many accused of antisemetism are actually anti muslim as much as antisemetist. They are just tired of the constant bullshit going on between them. Many feel as if they are being drawn into conflicts that frankly aren't their concern. This thing between the Palestinians and Zionists has been going on for 60 years. It's like the cold war all over again. All the Muslim dominated countries always agreeing with the Palestinians is like Eastern Europe once always agreed with Russia. Then you have the United States and much of Western Europe always agreeing with Israel. Both sides have some validity but neither is going to change or budge . No one knows what the outcome will be. I just know that another 60 years of this shit isn't going to make for a nice world to live in. When the cold war ended everyone thought people could get along with their lives and the world would be a better place. Instead we got the Israeli/Muslim conflict with no end in sight. Fuck it. Just get it over with.

Unless they want to live in the past. You seem to purposely forget the wars between the Romans, Jews and others far before Islam came along. That's okay as I understand the reason why. I just think it's the wrong path to take. Stirring shit doesn't get rid of the odor. Makes it worse. Constant finger pointing is the same as stirring shit.
