Satnav GPS Adds New Scenic Route Feature
[Insert joke about women drivers here]
The latest victim to fall foul of the scourge of the rogue sat-nav is a 67-year-old Belgian woman who set out on a 60-mile trip to Brussels and ended up in Zagreb, Croatia, 840 miles away. Sabine Moreau set off from her home town to pick someone up in Brussels but her sat-nav led her on a wild goose chase through Europe, taking in France, Germany, Austria and Slovenia before ending in Croatia. It was only when she arrived in the Croatian capital of Zagreb that she realised something was amiss. (Source)

I've been driving through Europe lately. Driving from one EU country to another is a complete non-event. I was riding with my friend and didn't even notice we'd cut through part of Austria. No border check points or anything. But I'm thinking after an hour or so, she should have figured something was wrong.
