Burglars Hit Home Of LEGAL Gun Owner ID'd By Journal News

The elderly gentleman wasn't home at the time. Police believe the burglars targeted the homeowners gun safe

Thankfully, they weren't able to steal his LEGALLY owned guns

The ending of this may have been written 'homeowner killed in robbery' had the elderly gentleman been home at the time.

The journalists assmaggots at the Journal News didn't give a damn about publishing the map. In their f'd up minds, the end (gun control) justifies the means.

1 Illinois was considering a law to register all gold sales. Would this information also end up as a public record to be printed in the Chicago Tribune?

2 I wonder if the Journal News can be held either criminally or civilly liable as an accomplice or even for negligence? I hope some legal minds are looking into that.

"But For" Rule: In the law of Negligence, a principle that provides that the defendant's conduct is not the cause of an injury to the plaintiff, unless that injury would not have occurred except for ("but for") the defendant's conduct.

Accessory (Being An Accomplice): One who knowingly, voluntarily, and with common intent unites with the principal offender in the commission of a crime. One who is in some way concerned or associated in commission of crime; partaker of guilt; one who aids or assists, or is an Accessory. One who is guilty of complicity in crime charged, either by being present and aiding or abetting in it, or having advised and encouraged it, though absent from place when it was committed, though mere presence, Acquiescence, or silence, in the absence of a duty to act, is not enough, no matter how reprehensible it may be, to constitute one an accomplice. One is liable as an accomplice to the crime of another if he or she gave assistance or encouragement or failed to perform a legal duty to prevent it with the intent thereby to promote or facilitate commission of the crime.

3 DMartyr, I do believe criminal intent is there. It most likely could be characterized as a conspiracy between the regime and the 4th estate (media). The regime wants as much gun-related violence as possible. It advances their agenda.

4 D: in order to prove accessory, the paper would have had to have spoken to the perp personally and would have had knowledge of when the perp got there, all the who's, wheres and whats. Of course in any action, the paper is going to hide behind the 1st Amendment, just like Obama hides behind executive privilege. It will take an actual legal case in order to see how a court would rule.
