What? UN Affiliated Election Monitors Will Be Looking For Voter Suppression By Conservative Groups..

As one person stated: Are they replacing the New Black Panthers?

United Nations-affiliated election monitors from Europe and central Asia will be at polling places around the U.S. looking for voter suppression activities by conservative groups, a concern raised by civil rights groups during a meeting this week. The intervention has drawn criticism from a prominent conservative-leaning group combating election fraud.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe ( OSCE), a United Nations partner on democratization and human rights projects, will deploy 44 observers around the county on Election Day to monitor an array of activities, including potential disputes at polling places.

Liberal-leaning civil rights groups met with representatives from the OSCE this week to raise their fears about what they say are systematic efforts to suppress minority voters likely to vote for President Obama.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the NAACP and the ACLU, among other groups, warned this month in a letter to Daan Everts, a senior official with OSCE, of “a coordinated political effort to disenfranchise millions of Americans — particularly traditionally disenfranchised groups like minorities.”

The request for foreign monitoring of election sites drew a strong rebuke from Catherine Engelbrecht, founder and president of True the Vote, a conservative-leaning group seeking to crack down on election fraud.

“These activist groups sought assistance not from American sources, but from the United Nations,” she said in a statement to The Hill. “The United Nations has no jurisdiction over American elections.”

Previously, on October 7th, Rep Elijah Cummings and Senator Boxer targeted True the Vote

...Cummings is upset that Engelbrecht would train Americans to ensure poll veracity. So is California Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), who tweeted, “I don’t believe this is ‘True the Vote.’ I believe it’s ‘Stop the Vote.’” She asked the Department of Justice to “protect Americans from voter intimidation … No group can be allowed to intimidate or interfere with this fundamental right that is essential for American democracy.” In other words, don’t purge voter rolls of improper voters. Leave it full of dead folks, people registered to homes that don’t exist, and the like.[...]

Breitbart News spoke with Engelbrecht about Cummings’ and Boxer’s attempts intimidate poll volunteers. “Rep. Cummings has no power to independently issue a subpoena,” Engelbrecht said. “But that didn’t stop him from leaking his letter to the same Los Angeles Times reporter who wrote the original story slandering us. Then Rep. Cummings went on Soledad O’Brien’s show on CNN and, just as Sen. Boxer had done the previous week all over MSNBC, he used his power of office to assault private citizens. Leaders on the left, including Soros funded organizations like Common Cause and DEMOS, are working overtime to discourage citizens from volunteering this election cycle; fear mongering to perpetuate the myth that they are somehow being victimized. Why? They are either trying to rally their base, trying to hide something, or both.

The dems want conservatives to leaver their illegal, jailed, dead, dog, cat and Mickey Mouse voters alone!

1 To the Dems, stopping people from voting only extends to Conservatives. Of course the Black Panthers standing in front of a voting place with nitesticks is not intimidation according to the DOJ and the Odogma Admin.

3 These sonsofbitches are not welcome in Texas.

4 The report starts off with a failed premise. There is no way this will be a good thing.

But hey, they're welcome to observe whatever they want. They're welcome to write whatever they want. But when they start to enforce things, that's when the second amendment takes hold.

I sincerely hope someone reminds the Black Panthers that we take election fraud and intimidation very seriously. The next administration may not be so sanguine about their behavior.

5 Typical UN behaviour, throwing their **CORRUPT** and unwanted bloated body around. **Bastards.**

6 What Gork said. But what happens if the observers don't find a problem? I mean don't they have to? You must have a reason for your existence otherwise no paycheck.

Foreign observers in American elections is insulting to the American people.

7 I wonder if Jew Watch is UN affiliated? May as well have a group that can do some good.

8 It sure won't be cracker watch, Grey. You have to have a brain and be able to think in order to perform a task such as watching a polling place for fraud. Unfortunately, your kind doesn't have that in any quantity as well as quality. Maybe that's why Obama has given you all welfare so you'll vote for him. The uneducated helping the corrupt.
