Lawless Judge Emmit Sullivan Defended the FBI's Vanishing 302 Trick: Shit Happens, Man

Buck Sexton writes that this is outrageous.

The FBI is claiming that Flynn committed a crime based on what is written in their 302 report -- and then also telling everyone, "The dog ate our 302, but the crime is still proven. In our hearts."

Later on, I examined it and noticed he wrote down my license plate wrong.
"A HA! I'll beat this in court!"

I went to court. Showed the judge the ticket. Pointed out the incorrect license plate number.

The judge crossed out the number and wrote in the correct one.

56 I lack the profanity and the interpretative dance to express how I feel about all of this.

And then I feel like a fool for being shocked.

A rantlette:

I have a question for all of those who still are in the but the rank and file are good, honorable people who would never ever ever countenance such things! This is all being done by higher ups on the seventh floor and do not slur the wonderful patriots who make up the FBI!

What are the names of the FBI agents who wrote the original 302 in which they stated that Flynn did not lie?

No looking. No checking. Off the top of your heads, what are their names?

I find it remarkable that those agents have not been all over the press and social media and standing beside Flynn and his lawyers, both the original lawyers and now Powell, and telling all and sundry, at the top of their lungs, how the 302 that was used to charge Flynn was not the one they wrote and they said that Flynn did not lie and what is being done is an outrage and a mockery of justice.

Since the rank and file FBI agents are so honorable, after all.

Why have those agents not spoken? Why do we not know their names?

If the FBI is full of such honorable people, after all.

57 A year ago about this time I was a juror in a feeral drug case that involved numerous law enforcement agencies (not the Feebs, interestingly): Border Patrol, DEA, NM Highway Patrol, Colorado State Troopers, Denver Police.

Every single agency had droped the ball when it came to documenting the interrogation of the suspects, lost notes, no recordings, no translator provided. Just a slough of dumbness. The young defendant was not even the bad guy. He was just a guy who gave the guy they were actually after a ride to a drug drop without his knowledge. They even let go a guy they had made an informant; the guy who was the mule that they caught originally. As of the trial this mule guy was back in Mexico.

It was a shitshow of incompetence like I've never seen. Naturally it ended in a mistrial.

Why am I the only one asking this obvious question:

Where Is The FBI's "Mea Culpa" Statement To The Court?

Why is the FBI staying silent instead of trying to correct their injustice against Flynn? This piece of shit "judge" wouldn't have a leg to stand on if the FBI stands up and admits they framed Flynn.
Posted by: Soothsayer at May 18, 2020 06:59 PM (3rEjV)

Because the FBI will NEVER, EVER admit any fault.

They killed an unarmed woman with a baby in her arms, and called the shooting good. When the State of Idaho tried the sniper, they took the case away by claiming federal jurisdiction and dumped the entire case.

Remember how they shot the unarmed Boston Bomber witness in his own living room? Ruled a good shoot.

FBI Director Wray says all the FBI needs is a little more training, probably on how to do cover ups better.

Next time the Federal Bureau of Praetorian Guard will succeed in choosing our President.

No, Roberts does not.

There is no case pending before the US Supreme Court and thus Roberts has no authority to act.

It is irrelevant that Roberts is the Supreme Court Justice who oversees the DC Circuit. He cannot tell Sullivan how to rule. He cannot say cut this out. He cannot rein him in as there is nothing before SCOTUS on which Roberts can rule.

When I say that judges are gods in their courtrooms, that's what I mean. Sullivan can do whatever the hell he wants and unless there is an appeal up and an appellate ruling telling him to stop, he can continue. Hell, he can blatantly ignore an appellate opinion and there's no recourse apart from further appellate rulings.

161 As I understand it, the only thing that Sullivan has to stand on is the "public interest" in holding Flynn guilty for a crime that he's now saying he didn't commit and the prosecutors can't prove he committed with a history of wrong-doing on the part of the original prosecutors and the original defense firm who would not turn all exculpatory documentation over to Flynn's new counsel, as they should have.

So, Sullivan would actually be saying that there is a "public interest" in prosecuting Flynn for a *potential* "coverup" for a "crime" against a law that has never been successfully prosecuted in its entire 200 years of existence.

But, they'll free sometimes violent prisoners so they don't get Covid-19, and who kill while out.

State decided not to renew lease of his mom's property.
He wanted to go to court.
He was charged with evictment, to remove the dock.
I wasn't part of the suit.
I bought the property from his mom after it had started. (We weren't married then and we thought the state was trying to grab the property).
I then become part of the lawsuit as the new owner.
I am told I can't claim the dock because I didn't claim it at the beginning of the suit, the one I wasn't part of.
I continue to be on the evictment lawsuit, to remove the dock I didn't own.
We removed the dock despite some underhanded stuff by DNR. They didn't file for judgement against us, as they probably wouldn't have gotten one. The judge got promoted to appellate court.

197 I know I'm like a dog with a bone here. I apologize. This is the red pill. Here is the list of common brainwashing techniques, except this time I've included real world examples:

1. Isolation. Isolate victims from family and friends. (Quarantine *everyone*!)
2. Monopolization of Perception. The abuser keeps your attention on them. (Every famous person, every commercial, every day - "We're all in this together")
3. Induced Debility Exhaustion (The news media's apparent primary function)
4. Threats ("Continue to obey or you will go to jail")
5. Occasional Indulgences (Pot stores, Liquor stores, a "stimulus" check)
6. Demonstrating "Omnipotence" (KAREN is always watching)
7. Enforcing Trivial Demands ("Stay six feet apart", "Don't walk alone in the woods or on the beach", "No haircuts")
8. Degradation ("Wear the mask")

This explains everything that's going on more than anything else in my opinion. Fundamental transformation via mass mind control. Can't convince me otherwise, and certainly not since I looked up this list.

I am *not* saying this isn't a reason to try - after all the punishment is the process - but what I am saying is anyone who thinks *anything* is more important right now than four more years is mistaken on a grand scale.

The Left has shown us the future. They have no intention of entertaining prosperity again, and they're not even trying to fool people that they are - and it's a freaking election year. We are on a one way trip to East Germany - but probably worse. Trump buys us both a recovery and more time.

248 Sundown Joe had a big moment planned today for his latest Proof Of Life. He was going to get ahead on the campaign and call PDJT "President Tweety", a nasty nickname. But Sundown had his usual crack technical team take the day off and he got the "B" team, so the usual goof-ups were off the charts nutso today. Geese honking... Joe's phone went off part way through... he stumbled through his speech and went glassy-eyed at one point.

250 Sometimes the film Master of Illusion comes to me. The followers of the cult-leader/demon Nyx (played interestingly enough by Daniel von Bargen) adopt normal lives waiting for their leader to return to life.

They are nice because they don't need to be the demonic people that they are deep down. And when Nyx returns, they liquidate their families and significant people in their lives by slitting their throats.

Like I said, from time to time in this I am reminded of this movie. Perhaps there was no time before this that Sullivan needed to corrupt the judicial system. So he was known as a "fair judge".

When activated, each actor acts to the level of corruption they are capable of and is needed.

I've been saying for a while now that it's stupid to assume that the FBI and the Administration were only spying on the people that we know about or that they just decided to start spying right before Trump took office.

Hoover had his black book, why wouldn't we assume that these agents, or even Obama, have a similar book. It would explain why so many media agencies and politicians have been acting against their self-interests to attack Trump. Do these folks have dirt on Zucker? On Krystol?

256 It's not complicated. Obama sent out the Bat Signal when he strategically leaked his comments that the dismissal of charges against Flynn threatened the Rule of Law--without irony. Sullivan is falling into line. Others will fall into line. Il Duce has spoken.

357 The way this is playing out, Barr (and Powell, Flynn and Trump) may want the full amici hearing. It will generate so much media coverage, and both the facts and the law are 100% on Flynn's side. Gleason's presentation, and well as Flynn and DOJ's responses, is not likely to go the way Trump haters hope. A lot of swamp misbehavior is going to be formally memorialized via Sullivan's circus. The fact that no mandamus request has come yet from Powell shows Team Flynn understands this.

I went off on Nextdoor over the weekend. A bunch of pearl-clutching, Cult of the Mask jackasses decided to attack our wonderful small, family-owned pharmacy on the island because THEY'RE NOT WEARING MASKS! And then some ass suggested everyone BOYCOTT them. My husband had just been there to pick up a prescription, and every single employee was in a mask. He said, "I see the Karens on Nextdoor got to you." And they rolled their eyes and nodded.

I went on and told everyone that the employees, including pharmacists, were All Wearing Masks. That statement went right over the heads of the hysterics.

Finally, I suggested everyone Calm Down and quit attacking another local business.

That went well. They were still fussing and fuming this morning.

My favorite Karen: "I intend to wear a mask for the next six months, at least. And I will refuse to do business with anyone who doesn't require their employees to do the same."

Favorite response: "I'll bet you felt like you just came ashore at Normandy with that comment."

Simple, Flynn was the director of the DIA (the military equivalent of the CIA) under Obama - he knows exactly how Obama corrupted intelligence agencies to spy on his political enemies. Obama and his band of merry men have to keep Flynn from testifying in front of Congress or even talking to the press. Now you know why Sullivan is trying to extend this past the election.

I think Obama, just like Hillary and who knows who before, have been hoovering data from spying operations that have been conducted on mass populations and hoarding it for useful occasions. And I wouldn't put it past Hillary! for using her private servers to not just launder pay-to-play money but to sequester such records for future use.

Why would one commit such egregious crimes as those that are being discovered? It's not just because you don't think you'll be prosecuted or due to arrogance. I think it more likely has to do with knowing those crimes, as bad as they are, are not nearly as bad as the crime that's being hidden.

National espionage for blackmail and extortion to usurp government of People who think they're in a democracy? That's a pretty bad crime.

396 57 A year ago about this time I was a juror in a feeral drug case that involved numerous law enforcement agencies (not the Feebs, interestingly): Border Patrol, DEA, NM Highway Patrol, Colorado State Troopers, Denver Police.

Lol, in the early 80s my now wife gave her drug addict POS brother a ride, he was just out of another stint in jail so didn't have a car... They wound up getting busted. Turns out her dumbass brother was selling stolen guns to some illegal alien drug dealers. One of the feebs actually felt sorry for the injustice to my now wife, giving her idiot brother a chance which he immediately shot in the ass. Anyway the feebs dropped the charges against her and she was released.

But the fact still stands, I'm married to an international arms dealer. Carry on, I'll be a bad ass all day.

398 I lost it on Sunday School yesterday, (we have phone

400 I believe that, technically, C&B had an "unwaivable conflict of interest" with Flynn, regarding the FARA thing. Pretty egregious and spectacular misbehavior, for them to be his defense counsel.

But it's not unusual that Holder would be a partner at the firm representing him.

The elite DC firms all have various Former Somebodies as partners - AGs, senators, etc. At least in the old days, while there would be a D or R coloration, overall, to a firm, they would have big names from both parties.

Now, if Holder took any personal role or interest, *that* would be in the "hinky" category, fer sure. And I recall there was at least one case of him dropping in on a team meeting, which sounds ill-advised, but dunno the details.

___________________

Covington & Burling were conflicted as hell, because the DOJ was threatening to prosecute them.

They were the lawyers who had filled out the forms for Flynn to register as a foreign agent. The DOJ was claiming that there were material misstatements/omissions in those forms. It's been reported that there were lots of frantic meetings and communications between the lawyers at C&B about how they were going to avoid being taken down themselves in the Flynn case. Convincing Flynn to plead guilty was a way out for them. That's one of the reasons that C&B should have advised Flynn that they had an unwaivable conflict of interest with him and that he needed to seek other, independent counsel, as they could no longer ethically advise him. Instead, they advised him to accept the guilty plea deal. C&B's conduct was outrageous, and very unethical. And for this they charged Flynn a reported $6 million in fees.

459 Soothsayer, very senile: "What does he want?? Clearly, not to sentence Flynn. Then what does Sullivan want of Flynn?"

At a minimum, to not get him exonerated before November 3, 2020. Sullivan is on active campaign against Trump for the Democrats. Trump gets utter total and final vindication when Flynn is freed. That cannot be allowed to happen.

I've never wavered on this from the moment "RUSSIA" started. It's been obvious they knew it was a lie, but also that it filled millions of hours of valuable media airtime - where Trump would otherwise control The Narrative.

The goal was to not let a Mass Communication King who now had the biggest megaphone on the planet direct the conversation, ever.

They've done a pretty good job.

477 Yesterday I went into Chipotle to pick up an order from the order shelf, and I legit didn't know they required a mask to enter so I just went in. Completely empty except for the gal behind the counter in a mask and Muslim head covering. I knew she was saying something to me but, it was pretty muffled although I figured I knew what it was. When I got to the shelf (again, the place was empty) I finally looked at her and she repeated the put a mask on thing, but really, I'm reaching out to grab my bag. I just said - oh - and grabbed my bag and left.

I know it's not her fault, but seriously she should have just let it go, not met me behind the order shelf as if she wasn't going to take my bag. Definitely won't be back.

can't act, there's a virus".

It's one long waiting game. They have nothing to lose by stalling. Process punishment, etc.

487 Even if you think the lost 302 is just something that happened, judges are supposed to be outraged to find out that a 302 did not get filed on time, and that the final product was an edit made by 3 people, two of who were not there, and by their own statements reads nothing like the original 302. And oh yeah, Holder put rule in place in 2014 that they were supposed to be recorded.
