Puffy Faced Woman Who Hates Coal and Childbirth to Run for Senate In Kentucky

It's on like Donkey Kong, if Donkey Kong's face were all swollen due to eating bad shellfish.

Ashley Judd has yet to officially announce her political aspirations, but a source with intimate knowledge of the situation tells FOX411's Pop Tarts column the actress is preparing herself to challenge Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for his Kentucky seat in 2014.

To be honest I can't even tell the two of them apart. They both look like had a barfight with bees armed with Botox needles.

People are recirculating her mots bouffes (Puffy Words) but no one's asking the important question: What's up with her face? She looks like she's smuggling something in her cheeks. Like Hatred of Children and Everything That Isn't Ashley.

5 Readers watching the proceedings online tell TTAG that a proposed
amendment would allow veterans to keep buying their “assault weapons”
just like retired cops. Senator
Feinstein opposed the amendment on the basis that veterans have PTSD and
can’t be trusted with guns. Here’s her exact words:

THE PROBLEM WITH EXPANDING THIS IS THAT, YOU KNOW, WITH THE
ADVENT OF PTSD, WHICH I THINK IS A NEW PHENOMENON AS A PRODUCT OF THE
IRAQ WAR, IT’S NOT CLEAR HOW THE SELLER OR TRANSFER OF A FIREARM COVERED
BY THIS BILL WOULD VERIFY THAT AN INDIVIDUAL WAS A MEMBER OR VETERAN
AND THERE WAS NO IMPAIRMENT OF THAT INDIVIDUAL WITH RESPECT TO HAVING A
WEAPON LIKE THIS.

The simple fact that she thinks she can win an election in Kentucky shows how out of touch she is with Kentucky.

True story - I attended the Kentucky Society of Washington's inaugural ball in 2008. This is a gala that is attended by anyone and everyone who matters in Kentucky politics. Ashley showed up with a couple of ladies-in-waiting (that's the most accurate way to describe them) She sat down at her table and never moved the entire evening. Her ladies blocked anyone from getting within 5 feet of her, no one was allowed to photograph her, and she left early. Now, keep in mind that Muhammad Ali and Evander Holyfield were also at this ball and stood for pictures and shook hands for two hours before the ball. Muhammad Freaking Ali. But not Ashley Judd, nooosirree.

Wind energy bill clears Senate
Measure goes to House; O'Malley 'elated'

Click here to find out more!

Gov. Martin O'Malley's plan to encourage development of a wind energy farm off the coast of Ocean City cleared a major hurdle Friday as the Maryland Senate passed the bill 30-17.

The proposal, designed to spark an offshore wind industry by subsidizing its developer, now goes to the Maryland House of Delegates. The House has passed a similar bill but needs to consider minor changes made in a Senate committee.

If the project is built, most utility customers would be charged an extra $1.50 per month to pay for the electricity it generates. Maryland already has several land-based wind farms in the western portion of the state.

This session marks the third time O'Malley has tried to pass an offshore wind plan. O'Malley said Friday he was "elated" the Senate passed the bill.

In fact, so many women joined Christianity that some writer of the time said sneeringly. "It is a religion fit only for slaves and women."

312 Bullshit. If you factor in all the good energy wasted to make it, ethanol is the dirtiest fuel. Coal is ideally suited to electrical generation. Oil should be reserved for motor fuel, as it is best suited for that role. Natural gas can be used in a myriad of ways.

316 Judd is currently the magazine advertising "face" of American Beauty, an Estée Lauder cosmetic brand sold exclusively at Kohl's department stores, and H. Stern jewelers. In early 2012, however, her image suddenly disappeared from American' Beauty's web site.

In 2011, Judd co-starred with Patrick Dempsey in the film Flypaper. It grossed only $1,100 total in its theatrical release

A disagreement between Judd and Indy race car driver Milka Duno took place during the 2007 Indy Racing League season. After the final race of the 2007 season, the actress stated to the assembled news media, "I know this is not very sportsmanlike, but they've got to get the 23 car (Duno) off the track. It's very dangerous. I'm tired of holding my tongue. She shouldn't be out there. When a car is 10 miles (an hour) off the pace, it's not appropriate to be racing. People's lives are at stake.

Judd stirred controversy with comments describing hip hop music as part of what feminists describe as "rape culture", although Judd asserts that she was basing her comments on observation and was not intending to offend.

On November 26, 2010, The Huffington Post published an op-ed by Ashley Judd titled "Costs of Convenience".[36] The op-ed is excerpted from Ashley Judd's trip diary from her trip to eastern Congo. Judd describes the link between her cell phone, laptop, MP3 player and e-reader and the continued rape and sexual violence in Congo.

Methanol is the way to go if people want alcohol fuels. Dept of energy did a pilot plant using the coal conversion LPMEOH process and it produced methanol cheaper than gasoline (even when accounting for the fact that you needed ~2X methanol).

You have to re-engineer the fuel systems for methanol though as its slightly acidic and attacks exposed Aluminum parts. Carb/manifold/piston tops would have to be coated/plated with some barrier material, and different seals used. Its not a big deal, its just something that would need to happen.

Of course LPMEOH went nowhere, because its that evil *COAL* shit.

A small amount of that is inevitable because there is no shielding on most sound card / mobo set ups.

Try a different h-phone jack if you have an option. Also, after your next shutdown, open up the case, and reseat the power connectors and plugs.

Further options, get a cheap sound card with SPDIF if you have an open slot. Then run it through your home theater system, or get a DAC (Digital to Analog Audio Converter )to connect your h-phones.

Seriously now, "clean coal technology" means burning coal with practically no smoke or fly ash. CO2 is not a pollutant, and does not need to be sequestered. Sequestration schemes are mostly shell games. It takes a great deal of energy to compress CO2 and pump it into the ground, so a lot more coal has to be burned to make the extra energy. Net result: more coal burned, a reduced rate of CO2 emission per ton burned, but more tons burned to deliver same mWhr to the customers.

Modern coal plants now are so clean, that the only "smoke" you see is water vapor rising from the cooling towers. Maybe you have some legacy coal plants in your area that don't meet that standard, but the ones near me are super clean. And they are right on the mine site, so transportation issues are negligible.

Posted by: Alberta Oil Peon at March 08, 2013 06:29 PM (673KB)

365 The LPMEOH pilot plant was producing a gallon of methanol for under a buck from coal. Since it takes about 2 gal of methanol to make a gallon of gas's energy, that is still a HUGE WIN...

377 Ashley gets really pissed off when you talk about her puffy face. You should tweet her about it.

It's not comical when it's YOU, PQ, but when it's HER, it's a laugh freaking riot.

Something about teh arrogance and self-importance of a vapid dilettante being easily pricked by her own vanity.

379 We laughed at Shit Democrats Did during the last election, and it ended up backfiring on us in unexpected ways.

Shit Democrats Did we thought was stupid - pimping Sandra Fluke, targeting low-turnout voters, etc - turned out not to be stupid, turned out to be, in retrospect, a winning strategy.

I wonder if there's some way this whole Ashley Judd thing - which looks incredibly stupid from where I'm sitting - will end up backfiring on us, will end up helping the Dems in some way or other...........................................

380 Hey, she thinks she's already a star so she won't have to work on that part of the job. She also figures she has enough money so as not to be corrupted by the lobbying class. In her mind, she thinks she can't lose.

It's odd that the same state that fielded rand paul would field her. But I guess Mitch McConnel, according to the dems and their talking up his choice of spouse, think he's ripe for the picking,

But she'd fit right in, most dem female senators don't have even half a brain either.

As long as the republicans continue to listen to frank with the toupee, sean hannity, o'really, linbaugh and the like, plus donald trump and morris and rove, well then they're going to keep losing.

Instead the dems will talk to you online about your life and make sure you know that you are important to them. The republicans are barely online, waaay behind.

For Bush, Rove had developed a great online community and then it disappeared. It will reappear for JEB's win. Was reminded today that this is why fox paid Rove the big bucks. They actually think he'd stay with them and not join JEB's campaign. They think he'd be their insider.

383 Judd has telegraphed her plan to win voters. She will approach this campaign as a movie role. Playing the part of downhome gal, Loretta Lynn, she hopes to win the female vote. Listen to her interject the country dialect into her first press conference. Anti-campaign strategy: strip the mask away. She's not a good ok' gal.. By the way, the naughty, sexy image may not damage her- but her political/ personal may end the run.

@43: "Now, keep in mind that Muhammad Ali and Evander Holyfield were also at this ball and stood for pictures and shook hands for two hours before the ball. Muhammad Freaking Ali. "

Well, *of course* Ali's hands shook....

386 I would protest the sexism in this thread, but the demented Ewok who runs this web site knows nothing about women except how to pleasure himself to pictures of them. Ashley Judd is an accomplished thespian, a serious political thinker, and just the sort of person needed to give those cousin-fucking hillbillies from Kentucky some serious political representation in Washington DC that will lead to a more correct future. She will help our beloved President, Barack Obama, who all loyal Americans support completely, move America FORWARD! to a better tomorrow!

387 Yeah, Ashley Judd's face is so puffy -- good thing we've got Mitch McConnell as our likely nominee! We're sure to win by having the better looking candidate!

Just don't seat her near the galley. The sound of clinking dishes drives her batshit crazy . . . . crazier.

Anyone think she'll bring her yoga "safety" mat to debates? Then, if she gets a difficult question, she can just curl into a fetal position on her mat until she feels "safe" again.

I don't think she's a legitimate political candidate. But it is unworthy of any of you who are making "puffy" jokes."

Horseshit.
The left has successfully employed the ridicule, humiliate, target, freeze and destroy anyone on the right with the vilest personal attacks including personal appearance, health, etc.

It works for them .They win.
And they deserve absolutely no quarter or consideration.
This entitled, lefty celebrity dimwit and all on her side should be left as weeping, destroyed ,humiliated grease spots.

391 P.S. I read the linked article re: her 17 year bachelor's degree in French. Delay due to...you guessed it...poor self-esteem. No doubt from her constant abuse due to her beauty. Doncha know she is a blast to hang out with? Constant whining and whinging and woe-is-me-I-have-a-zit-and-a-puffy-face.
