The Fall of the House of Windsor: Another High-Ranking EPA Official Resigns for Use of Private, Annonymous Emali Accounts to Conduct Government Business

EPA Region 8 administrator James Martin is resigning this week, according to a press release from Sen. David Vitter (R., La.). Martin faces a congressional probe for allegedly using a private email account to circumvent disclosure requirements.
Bob Perciasepe, the current acting EPA administrator, also used a private account to send emails to other EPA officials, Vitter said his office has discovered.

I think the White House has been a bit taken back that the virulent Luddites.they put into the EPA turned out to be actually virulent Luddites and not just Luddites in opposition to the GOP.

Talked to the dishwasher repairman today (third breakdown in six months for new machine) and he said the gubmint ORDERS companies to meet energy standards; then, when they do, they issue new ones.

The companies hate it because they get grief from customers and the govt. We are not, and friends are not, getting a new one when this one fails after the warranty period. Why bother?? It's easier and cheaper to just wash the freakin' dishes ourselves!

Old washers filled up with about 30 gals, new ones 7. They don't work. They are destroying the industry.
