I made the decision to do this regarding one of my business collaborators, who I otherwise personally like, and have a good deal in common with, except that we are polar opposites politically, and in an fairly extreme sense. We made $30-40,000 together over the past 4-5 years on several deals.

I am no longer returning his calls. Aside from the fact that he pissed me off after the election, I think I need to wash my hands of him. Consequences be damned.

It has the button you can push to open the door, but it is so slow I just open myself. So I normally hold it open for people behind me, today did not.
