Oh, Martin Bashir, You Really Are Too Dumb To Be Smug

Here's hapless Martin Bashir, never confused with an intellectual except by himself, falling for a hoax about "the Satanic Temple" rallying for Florida governor Rick Scott.

13 Dear Moron horde,

It is with heavy heart and great sadness that I announce the passing of Mackenzie Scarlet Rice and Mason Robert Rice.
Mackenzie was born at 9:17 am January 18th. She passed shortly thereafter in her mother's arms.
Mason was born at 9:40 am January 18th. He passed shortly thereafter in his father's arms.

Thank you to all who have been with us in spirit.

We will be having a private memorial and burial service for our little angels.

We still don't know when Kim will be out of the hospital, but we are hoping early next week. I probably won't be sending out any more list updates until she is released.

We ask that you hold us in your thoughts and prayers through this tough time.

Thank you all again for being there for us.

37 The Constitution's Second Amendment was created to bolster slavery and capture land from Native Americans, award winning actor Danny Glover told a group of students at a Texas A&M sponsored event on Thursday.

Actor Danny Glover told students at Texas A&M University the intent of the Second Amendment was to protect slavery.
“I don’t know if you know the genesis of the right to bear arms,” he said. “The Second Amendment comes from the right to protect themselves from slave revolts, and from uprisings by Native Americans.”

“A revolt from people who were stolen from their land or revolt from people whose land was stolen from, that’s what the genesis of the second amendment is,” he continued.

52 Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s claim that he heard the gunshots of a 2006 school massacre while playing golf is raising questions about his veracity or his memory.

Mr. Biden told a meeting of mayors in Washington Thursday that he was about a quarter-mile away from an Amish schoolhouse on Oct. 2, 2006, when a gunman shot and killed five students and wounded five others.

“I happened to be literally — probably, it turned out, to be a quarter of a mile [away] at an outing when I heard gunshots in the woods,” Mr. Biden recounted. “We didn’t know … we thought they were hunters.”

But a search of maps of the area in Lancaster County, Pa., shows the nearest golf course to the site of the shooting, Moccasin Run Golf Club, is about five miles away. Rodney King, the golf pro at Moccasin Run, said Friday he was working at the course on the day of the shooting and never saw Mr. Biden, who was then a U.S. senator.

“There’s a lot of things here that I find hard to believe,” Mr. King said. “I looked in my database, and he [Mr. Biden] is not in my database.”

Even if Mr. Biden had played at the course that day, Mr. King said, “It’s very far-fetched that he would have heard it.”

“I know he didn’t hear those gunshots,” Mr. King said. “They were inside the school. Even if they were outside, he wouldn’t have heard them

105 >>>I mean, if you're going to sell your soul or whatever it is Satan worshipers do, shouldn't you get something out of it?

Satanism is usually not like that. (Explicit soul selling) It usually pertains to a belief and practice of the divinity of man OVER morality. Hence the hedonism and debauchery. Satan is then seen as an embodiment of the base nature of man, his appetites and desires, to which they worship and glorify. To the extent they believe in the beyond (which varies) they believe through hedonism, a form of meditation, and symbology, they have have a measure of control and command over it. So they DO get something from their deity. That they can pursue whatever lust is within their hearts, and it not only isn't bad, it's ultimately good, no matter what it might be.

Also, in Soviet Russia...the people knew that the media was government-run and spewing forth the government's propaganda.

So there was a lot of eye-rolling going on...and a general mistrust of whatever TASS was putting out.

Too many people here, still believe that the MFM is 'doing their job' of putting out honest reporting.

126 Dear Kerncon,

I am reminded of a moment during my senior year of high school.

My German class had typically been rowdy, and out teacher was still always positive and nice to us. We knew she was pregnant, and one day a substitute showed up and gave us a letter that the teacher had written.

One of us read the letter out loud. It talked about how she had lost her baby in utero and she had to have surgery to remove the remains of her child.

The normally rowdy class became silent, and many of us cried. I don't remember the words she used in that letter, but only the feeling sorrow that it instilled in us. Remembering it now, I still well up.

Requiescat in pace

140 Just wanted to let you guys know that MSNBC is not stupid. They do this on purpose.

They are not exactly making news up, but they are running with every agenda-fitting blog post while skipping on fact checking as a form of plausible deniability. This allows them to break a damaging news story, put it in the minds of the proles and then quietly retract it days later.
