BBC Host/Child Predator Jimmy Savile Suspected In 199 Crimes, Including Rape

I think maybe Roger Simon finished his play too quickly -- seems like he could have added another chapter.

The late BBC entertainer Jimmy Savile is a suspect in 199 crimes recorded so far, including dozens of cases of rape, British police said Wednesday. They described the level of sexual abuse allegations against Savile as "unprecedented in the U.K."

The accusations against Savile, who died last year at age 84, grew after five women said during a TV program broadcast in October that they had been sexually abused by the presenter. The claims triggered a scandal that rocked the BBC, which has been accused of failing to report allegations against Savile while making shows praising him.

Number of rapes alleged: 31. Note the "alleged," of course. It should be noted that we have seen Accusation Panics before.

I don't think we're seeing it here.

Jimmy Savile was a big-time BBC fixture. Why of course he has a certain license to rape. First night and all that.

Apparently they got someone to do a fake story about having never milked a cow before Savile set it up for them, except that they had to do it blindfolded.

Yeah, I'm torn about thinking that this might be an Accusation Panic. Do not misunderstand me, I absolutely believe he engaged in large scale abuse and rape. I also believe that there will a few who will make false claims because they expect a payout. So maybe not an Accusation Panic so much as False Claim Magnet?

I think this is the tip of the iceberg, presuming the claims that this was an organized group are true. Those involved who are still living have a great deal to fear.

9 Ugh. Someone really needs to prove some of this (though in the world of British courts and MFM who knows how credible that would be), if only to get the argument over with.

As for the uninformed outsider, I find the story (at least with regard to the MFM cover-up) to be deucedly plausible.

Not much of a red flag there, right?

Hospitals and medical orgsin the US have also been known tocover up allegations of child abuse.

Boston's Children's Hospital took no action regarding the numerous allegations against Dr. Mel Levine, one of Oprah's favorites. When the heat finally became too much for him there, he relocated to NC. When he was served by a complaint on behalf of dozens of John Does, he committed suicide. For years, the parents' complaints against him had been ignored.

Same with Dr. Earl Bradley of Lewes DE. Complaints against him were filed by nurses who worked for him and even one of his relatives. Medical boards ignored them. He was eventually charged with 103 counts of child sex abuse. He had videotaped most of his crimes.

96 Before this broke, someone on twitter linked a transcript of a game show that Saville and some other person were appearing on. During a break they started arguing with the other guy alluding to Saville being a pervert and Saville stating how much money he made suing people who made those types of allegations.

The UK is very big on protecting perverts. Look at those kids who murdered the two year old. They were released with new identities and at least one was re arrested for kiddie porn.

97 A lot of these media types are kinda pervy according to some retired NYPD guys I know. The cops raid some high end brothel and they're turning up with some regularity.

Cash/favors are exchanged and they never wind up getting booked though.

179 I spoke with one of Bill Moyers producers some years ago. She said his on camera persona is completely fake. The guy is a flaming abusive asshole off camera, and 100% commie to the bone.

Even Underdog was gay. Remember this from one of his cartoons?

"When I stand up, I'm as right as rain,
but when I bend over, I have a stabbing pain."

Then again, the voice was Wally Cox.

We used to go to a Seder in the Bronx, right near Yankee stadium (The Grand Concourse).

I didn't understand until much later when he explained, why my dad seemed so nervous and always had to go to the bathroom when we got there and right before we left.

He was carrying, and in an abundance of caution would unload the pistol.

Take a guess where this pedophile might be right now? He didn't face justice here; but nothing gets past the true Judge of all.

Holy s**t!

He wasn't just a pedophile, but pedophile into DEAD children as well!

The most shocking thing is that the BBC covered it up for DECADES.

Between being starved and dehydrated to death by the NHC, and being raped, even after death, by BBC celebrities, the UK is the most unsafe place for children to be on the entire planet.

193 When I lived in LA in the early 80's, I setup a weird satanic/psycho looking altar by the kitchen window and left the drapes open so it was plainly visible to anyone walking by. It has a pretty good looking fake skull, lots of dried blood, weird inscriptions, etc

Every other unit in that apartment building got burglarized at least once while I was there...but they never touched mine.

Criminals respond very well to psyops when its a target rich environment and other less risky choices are readily available.

Why take a risk you don't have to take, right?

195 re: "Am I horrible person for wondering who's considered a B list actress?"

It's not a secret.

Go to the celebrity news website of your choice.

Find paparazzi shots of actresses on expensive boats or foreign beaches with unnamed/unphotographed dudes or rich guys you don't recognize by sight, stories where actresses who don't have millions of dollars make cross-country shopping trips, stories of actresses doing "DJ" gigs or club openings...

You get the gist.

That's your list, +/- a few.

Posted by: Walkers! at December 12, 2012 05:05 PM (0Ufr+)"

Actually, that's a normal injunction. A superinjunction is where the reporter gets fines and/or jail time for mentioning that the injunction even exists in the first place.

Speculation on which Brit celebrities are in on the "action", so to speak?

My nomination is Stephen Fry. Strictly because of the interview he gave for the Blackadder DVDs at his vacation home in Africa. They went to great pains to show him getting a foot massage from his young African servant. The look on the servant's face is NOT one of pleasure in his job. EXTREMELY creepy.

Sorry, but it's not true at all. Though they did get rid of double jeopardy a few years ago, and diluted the right to remain silent considerably.

Now, in the case of libel law (which is civil, not criminal), the burden of proof *is* reversed: it's on the defendant to prove that they did not libel the plaintiff. Which, by the way, probably helped to protect Jimmy Savile all those years...
