Company paid for transportation to DC. Company paid her salary while she was in DC. Company paid for her meals while in DC. She went to DC as a company employee. She did this on the company's dime. It would be no different than her flipping off a visitor to her company while at work.
I'm not a huge fan of this idea that you have to

What's a little unclear is if this was posted on her employer's facebook page, in which case they are all idiots, or if it was on hers. If so, even though it was taken during a work trip, I'm not sure she should be fired for that. What obvious thing am I missing that shows why everyone knows where she works and why does everything think her employer is responsible for her being a douchebag?

The more we learn of the Romney campaign, the more we realize that he lost it. For example, he spent four times as much for the same ad time as Obama. The Democrats did the boring, tedious, necessary work to get the best rates, while Romney's people simply threw away huge wads of money because they lacked the foresight to husband their resources.
They also hired consultants who told them what they wanted to hear rather than what was actually happening.
So, even with the entire media pounding Romney unmercifully and protecting Obama; even with Romney not having the sense to defend himself or explain in detail why his policies were better for the country; and even with the built-in liberal bias of all our learning institutions, Romney still came within 370,000 votes.

As a 15-year Marine vet (2 CARs), I "get" what she's doing: she's miming a feeling we all feel at one time or another, be it the librarian who "shsss's" you, the sign that says keep off the grass when the grass is kept manicured by our tax dollars, the cop lording over the line at the DMV where the employees hide behind bullet proof glass, etc., etc. She just chose poorly to record it.

I know some of you will argue that even though she has freedom of speech, we have our freedom to boycott and protest her company, in order to bully them into firing her. But while a boycott is constitutional, it is not in the spirit of free speech. We're just using our speech to drown hers out. If a bunch of leftists were bullying the employer of someone that made far right statements, this blog would rightfully be up in arms, crying, "Suppression of speech!"
Moreover, I'm disappointed in this blogging community. As conservatives, we don't flip a sh*t when someone makes statements that could hurt someone's feelings. That's the left's BS.
