127 ESPN and other sports analysts were ranting about the KC crowd cheering Matt Cassel's injury, and how crude and uncivil the fans have gotten.
Booing that was boorish, but spare me the sanctimory. ESPN promotes the thug attitude with their glorification of Ray Lewis and Michael Vick, while Christians like Tebow are "divisive" and a menace to society They make money off the cheapening of our culture and then don't like the results? They're like Shep Smith fapping to car chases until one goes wrong, then blames society for rubbernecking. Posted by: kbdabear at October 08, 2012 09:09 PM (wwsoB) --kbd, it was bullshit. The Chiefs fans were cheering because Cassel in fact got a first down on the play when he was injured. They saw that long before they could tell he was injured. Both starting wideouts and the TE are injured. I think it's just about to get real ugly. Posted by: JackStraw at October 08, 2012 09:34 PM Dustin Keller has sat out a hammy since August. This is his walk year so I think he's decided to sit it out and not get hurt. Losing Holmes hurt, he's the only starting quality wideout they have, which is why they put up with his prima donna act. Steven Hill was dropping everything but his paycheck Tom Brady almost never has a prime outside WR to throw to, yet he gets it done. Posted by: Rex Ryan at October 08, 2012 09:40 PM (wwsoB) 242

Actually, Hill had 2 TDs game one. And Brady has had a bunch of prima donnas, Ocho Cinco being the latest. He's had a ton more talent to play with and his first 3 three years consistent mainly of him handing off but yea, he's a stud and Sanchez is something less. I remember watching a Jets game the last year they were at Shea (get off my lawn)
Someone was fighting about 5 rows up, and there's a guy whose arm is going up and down like a sewing machine needle. I figure the guy on the receiving end of that wasn't looking too good right now. Then you have Veterans Stadium in Philly. Nicknamed The Vet which was appropriate because it was full of sick animals. The Vet had a police station and courtroom in the stadium to speed up booking procedures. Posted by: kbdabear at October 08, 2012 09:45 PM (wwsoB) 256

Fighting. Some dickweed in the row in front of us (drunk GB fan ) shoved me backwards when he jumped up ontothe bleacher seat in front of me. My brother, a cop, took exception and pushed him back. Next thing I know we're swinging like mad. Security breaks it up, walk me to some downstairs area, then let me walk out to the parking lot, no harm, no foul. --- All right! Get a few shots in and no penalty except the boot. Not bad. Beat the traffic. Posted by: USS Diversity at October 08, 2012 09:48 PM (0CiTm) 259
You know why I hate Tebow. Because he went to Florida and took the starting job away from a black quarterback named Chris Leak. Do any of you remember hearing the Florida fans crying for Tebow while Leak was playing. Now I don't want to say it was racism but it made me uncomfortable. And Florida is in the south.

Posted by: teej says go K-State at October 08, 2012 09:44 PM Welker lives in the slot position and 3/4 of his catches are quick slants past a linebacker. There were more than a few games last year where Brady threw everything to Welker, Gronk, and Hernandez and maybe a pass or two to the wideouts Posted by: kbdabear at October 08, 2012 09:49 PM (wwsoB) 261

He's also had guys like Moss, Deion Branch, Gronkowski and the list goes on and on. He also has the luxury of throwing from the upright and locked position. But he has gotten it done. And he and his lovely wife live 3 blocks from me. You see him walking around the neighborhood from time to time and he's a nice guy. What a douchebag.
