In Completely Unrelated News, CNN's Ratings Down 20% From 2011, And They Were Bad in 2011 Too

I don't even want to dignify this, but essentially what they're saying is that it was "unintentional," and they know this, because they asked themselves if it was intentional and they promised themselves that it wasn't.

Read down, and Stephanoplous insists the same thing about Brian Ross' eager-to-blame-the-Tea-Party "reporting," and, impliedly, also vouches for himself. He says he "doesn't think" there was a "political agenda" in Ross' false report; I assume then he "doesn't think" there was a political agenda in his own "Do tell more" posture.

CNN's ratings are down 20% July to July.

The media are dying, yes, and they deserve to. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

CNN in the US has been going down this road for years. MSNBC has a definite agenda, regardless of what they proclaim; they do what they do because they actually intend to be totally partisan. They are to the Democrat Left what Fox is alleged to the world.
But CNN is supposed to professional news network. Reality is what it is, they are a bunch of hacks. It's like they thought no one would really notice. It's like they thought that they were some kind of media wizards.

119 The problem, people, is CNN supplies many of the other media outlets, TV, radio, etc, with material. Our news department (television in NYC market) receives ALL of its news material from CNN and some from AP. So, anyone hazard to guess which way the bias leans? It's no wonder that all network news sounds alike.
