Glenn Beck's The Blaze Covers Brett Kimberlin; Patterico on His Radio Show Now

Excellent piece by Tiffany Gabbay.

Front page, too.

Patterico's on the radio with him. (I am not sure, but I think this is subscriber-based.) I'll post clips when they become available.

John Hawkins has an interview with Kimberlin's latest victim, the dogged Stace McCain.

The National Bloggers Club just began the KimberlinFiles.org, where you can donate to defray the costs incurred by Stace and Aaron Worthing, and also (I think) additional future victims.

That is what killed it. Left to its own, no one on the left would have cared. Indeed, they didn't care except that he committed the cardinal sin- he made himself a laughing-stock and a liability.

But had Andrew and Ace not been front-and-center on that, make no mistake- Weiner would not have had to step down.

I don't want to dilute that but I want to know why Teresa Heinz-Kerry with all her money and having the resources of a senator husband could not be bothered to screen out a violent thug before donating 20K to his "charity"

Also why anyone would legitimize George Soros, Nazi collaborator and currency killer by taking money from one of his foundations? If you take money from someone that funds a BK to send a swat team on someone's house (Patterico article) that is just as bad as joining the KKK in burning a cross on someone's lawn 50 years ago.

108 So I went to this Nadia Naffe's website and her bitch is over the fact that Patrick Frey aka Patterico SUPPOSEDLY dissuaded her from taking action in LA County against O'Keefe. Therefore she's investigating why Frey and his wife owns a 1.3 million dollar home, both of which are veteran district attorney's, which I'm sure they're making at least 72,000 up to 276,000 not counting benefits EACH. Now looking at the amount of money they make, why is she investigating their house value again? To get them disbarred this way because they can afford a house within their realm of affordability?

How is SWATing someone not a serious felony? It seems like attempted murder by proxy to me. To reduce such a thing to a civil claim of "defamation" must be willful ignorance.

He did this to two people in two different states. Absolutely venal.

I forget which blog it was (I've been on so many today now, reading about this), but one of the commenters said that from what they could see, Kimberlin getting out of jail had something to do with a quid pro quo campaign donation when Clinton was running for re-election. It wouldn't surprise me if this was true--remember the Puerton Rican terrorists who got pardoned in exchange for supporting Hillary's Senate run?

It's not just BK - think of how your comment will look to a judge who knows nothing about morons and the AoSHQ lifestyle when/if Kimberlin requests a Peace order due to 'harassment'. If BK can point to enough outrageous comments, a judge is likely to throw up his hands and conclude that there's some basis for the charge and allow the order.

146 I imagine that Geraughty is doing his part while avoiding a lawsuit against NRO. They are a much more lucrative target, I suppose.

Kimberlin's suits never have merit, they're harassment tactics, designed to cost time and money. NRO must have lawyers on retainer that would make that tactic useless, so I can't see that he'd bother against the big boys. It's targeting individuals that he can terrorize that he's after.

159 Y'know what... this whole situation has made me think of this scene from The Avengers:
Loki: What have I to fear?Tony Stark: The Avengers. It's what we call ourselves, sort of like a team. "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" type thing.Loki: Yes, I've met them.Tony Stark: Yeah. Takes us a while to get any traction, I'll
give you that one but, let's do a head count here. Your brother, the
demi-god; a super soldier, a living legend who kind of lives up to the
legend; a man with breath-taking anger management issues; a couple of
master assassins, and you, big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them.Loki: That was the plan.Tony Stark: Not a great plan. When they come, and they will, they'll come for you.Loki: I have an army.Tony Stark: We have a Hulk.Loki: I thought the beast had wandered off.Tony Stark: You're missing the point. There's no throne.
There is no version of this where you come out on top. Maybe your army
comes and maybe it's too much for us but it's all on you. Because if we
can't protect the Earth, you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it.This vile little creature, Kimberlin... there's no version of this where he comes out on top.
