Harvard Law School Refuses To Say Who Its Lone American Indian Professor Is

Because of the Fauxcahontas problem, they don't want to say who the American Indian professor is. Such a professor is listed on their census report.

But when asked, "Who?," they refuse to say.

A law professor has passed at least one bar. They are going to be more familiar with the law. Although the Constitution is relatively straightforward, weeding through federal regulations and statutes is something that really does require legal training. Being a professor, rather than a practicing lawyer, is an advantage because professors have more time to read and write about the appellate cases out there -- whereas a practicing lawyer is too busy practicing. So all things being equal, a law professor is going to be the best candidate for a federal judge position (after experienced clerks, who I think are frequently ideal for the bench).

There would be nothing funnier, or more apt, than having the whole class of Harvard students (undergrad and grad) suddenly be informed that their quarter-million dollar piece of shit diploma will not be recognized by anyone. Let them sue Harvard!

Harvard should also have its endowment taken to partially compensate for the incredible amount of damage done to the US because Harvard has defrauded America by certifying imbeciles (sort of like a doctor who gives out prescriptions for no medical reason but only because "he can").

I'll verify the description of living conditions on Pine Ridge from the article.

My opinion (having grown up in the area) is that land wouldn't help. It would just provide more area for drinking.

I've seen conditions on reservations and sad, but true, you're correct. In both Canada and the U.S.

We stopped in one in 1964 to buy fireworks on the 4th of July. The abos were whooping and hollering and swilling fire water on the streets, smashing their empties on the road and stepping on fireworks as they detonated. Which brought only more war whoops.

They lived traditionally, in cabin like structures with dug out floors. Wood smoke billowed out not only from their stovepipe chimneys but also from every crack in their "houses." When they opened their door even more smoke billowed out.

The ground around their dwellings were bare earth for at least 100 yards in every direction. They had no desire to acculturate.

I understand that little has basically changed except some of them became laywers and a many now live in double wide squalor because of gaming riches.

Plain and simple, some ethnic groups simply prefer that kind of lifestyle.

Sad fact of the matter is most Indian tribes where just scavenging nomads. Use up the resources and trash one place then move on. Wasn't much noble about them. To pretend they were stewards of the environment is pure fabrication.

Anyone wondering how I would know that: everyone has their serial number marked on all their clothes and if you've ever done laundry duty - and everyone does - then you see everyone's serial number - and name.

I remember thinking that they must've started running out of numbers. They used a lot of them up for the Vietnam War. I also saw them use the SS number. Or so I was told.

Either way, this will be embarrassing to Harvard Law. Two cases of underqualified fake Indians on the Harvard Law faculty shows a pattern, which shows (circumstantially) that Warren's actions were intentional.

Harvard has a lot to hide. Since it takes money from the federal government, is there any way Congress could force Harvard to release this information?
