| Harvard Law School Refuses To Say Who Its Lone American Indian Professor IsBecause of the Fauxcahontas problem, they don't want to say who the American Indian professor is. Such a professor is listed on their census report. But when asked, "Who?," they refuse to say.CommentsPosted by: Gerry at May 04, 2012 06:20 PM (jYPJ0) 2

Liz Cheney has been making the rounds at Wyoming political events this spring and her desire to move back to the state has Republicans from Cheyenne to Washington buzzing about a potential future campaign.
With little fanfare, Cheney, a former State Department official and the eldest daughter of the former vice president, has spoken at six events in different corners of the sprawling state this year. She has been especially busy on the GOP dinner circuit. Cheney has already hit four county Lincoln Day Dinners and keynoted the dinner following the Wyoming GOP convention last month. She also accompanied and appeared on stage with her father when he made his first public appearance following his heart transplant at the state convention. Actually, I believe the claiming of Indian heritage became more common with the Hippies and such in the 60's.
It was de rigeur for hippie chicks to claim some sort of Princess in their background to excuse their dress, lack of hygiene and/or loose morals. Claims were also made of having some sort of Princess or Queen from history as being one of their "Previous Lives". Males of that era endured and encouraged that kind of crap so we could get laid. Ladies (lay dees. Get it?d): it's all about getting laid for guys. Always. Forever. We'll listen to your boring stories and conversations for one reason and one reason only: if we think there's some sex at the end. Somewhere. Somehow. Sorry. Men are very one dimensional. One could say we're rigidly linear. Or Unbending in our goals. Perhaps priapic. It's the way our nervous system works. There's a single channel between our brains and . . . well, you know. ...how does
being a law Professor makes someone more qualified to... Or a federal judge. A law professor has passed at least one bar. They are going to be more familiar with the law. Although the Constitution is relatively straightforward, weeding through federal regulations and statutes is something that really does require legal training. Being a professor, rather than a practicing lawyer, is an advantage because professors have more time to read and write about the appellate cases out there -- whereas a practicing lawyer is too busy practicing. So all things being equal, a law professor is going to be the best candidate for a federal judge position (after experienced clerks, who I think are frequently ideal for the bench). War Before Civilization: The Myth of the Peaceful Savage
Thomas Jefferson listed in The Declaration of Independence as one of the "injuries and usurpations" afflicted upon the Colonies by King George III was that:"He has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions." And then there's this: There were no Indians in America when Columbus discovered it. There were Chippewa and Iroquois and Mohawk and Miwok and Powhatten and hundreds upon hundreds of others - but there were no Indians, because none of them possessed any sort of pan-tribal notion of common humanity and cultural identity. That common identity they learned from us. As a reprehensible act of cultural imperialism, the concept of "Native American" should be stricken from their vocabulary as the politically correct thing for them to do. The multitude of tribes here were in a state of constant warfare with each other. Alliances were ephemeral and temporary. The fantastic level of violence perpetrated by pre-Columbian Amerindian tribes upon each other is documented by anthropologist Lawrence Keeley in War Before Civilization: The Myth of the Peaceful Savage. ------ Mainly copy and pasted from Jack Wheelers site. Because I'm lazy. Posted by: Jimmah at May 04, 2012 07:40 PM (UpwlP) 210

So let me get this straight, because of the layers of rules and language that lawyers created for no other purpose then to justify their profession they should be the ones the make decisions on federal law and Constitutional matters? I ain't buying it. You could give a three week course on legalize and legal procedure to every Judicial candidate to take care of that, it doesn't make a better judge or lawyer. It's a fuck'n joke, give me the same study guide and prep time as any law student and I could pass the bar without spending one day in class. Posted by: jwb7605 at May 04, 2012 07:25 PM (Qxe/p) I've seen conditions on reservations and sad, but true, you're correct. In both Canada and the U.S. We stopped in one in 1964 to buy fireworks on the 4th of July. The abos were whooping and hollering and swilling fire water on the streets, smashing their empties on the road and stepping on fireworks as they detonated. Which brought only more war whoops. They lived traditionally, in cabin like structures with dug out floors. Wood smoke billowed out not only from their stovepipe chimneys but also from every crack in their "houses." When they opened their door even more smoke billowed out. The ground around their dwellings were bare earth for at least 100 yards in every direction. They had no desire to acculturate. I understand that little has basically changed except some of them became laywers and a many now live in double wide squalor because of gaming riches. Plain and simple, some ethnic groups simply prefer that kind of lifestyle. Posted by: Ed Anger - Certified Kos Kid at May 04, 2012 08:15 PM (7+pP9) 221

45 years has never erased that number from my head. Those drill instructors use that drill on your MIND! So true. Mine starts with a letter also. Posted by: Trainer on his iPhone's tiny keyboard at May 04, 2012 09:02 PM (jhgxs) 224
Didn't have time to read all the comments, so if no one else has said it, I kind of assumed that the "Native American" representative is obviously --

IIRC. They started the B numbers about mid '60's.
Anyone wondering how I would know that: everyone has their serial number marked on all their clothes and if you've ever done laundry duty - and everyone does - then you see everyone's serial number - and name. I remember thinking that they must've started running out of numbers. They used a lot of them up for the Vietnam War. I also saw them use the SS number. Or so I was told. I'm thinkin' Romney should pick Scott Brown because he has a way of attracting complete nincompoops for opponents.

If Elizabeth Warren is not the one faculty member who identified himself/herself as Native American, who is?
Another white fraud who claims 1/32 Native American heritage? Either way, this will be embarrassing to Harvard Law. Two cases of underqualified fake Indians on the Harvard Law faculty shows a pattern, which shows (circumstantially) that Warren's actions were intentional. Harvard has a lot to hide. Since it takes money from the federal government, is there any way Congress could force Harvard to release this information? Posted by: Daryl Herbert at May 04, 2012 10:03 PM (6bVXd) 228
From the laughable Harvard web page:
Diversity Resources Harvard Law School (HLS) is a diverse community of scholars, faculty, staff, and students. In keeping with its traditions and long-standing policies and practices, HLS, in admission and access to programs, considers students on the basis of individual merit and without regard to age, disability, gender identity, national or ethnic origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other factors not relevant to study at HLS. It makes you laugh. Harvard breeds liars because Harvard is composed of nothing but liars, to begin with. What a crock this school is. Anyone with a Harvard diploma should be treated like the pariah they are trained to be. Make Harvard diplomas worthless instead of letting Harvard use their diploma-mill to destroy America. And another Harvard diversity (race-obsessed) page:
Diversity Commitment We believe a powerful workforce is truly diverse and welcoming of people from all backgrounds. Harvard Law School is committed to developing an environment where all people are able to thrive and contribute to our community in a meaningful way. What makes each of us successful as individuals is truly unique, and it is by embracing those unique qualities that we make Harvard Law School an outstanding place to work. But list your skin color and skull measurements so taht Harvard can decide what you are worth. It's all about skin at Harvard. This school should burn to the friggin ground. You can always tell a Harvard squaw, but you can't tell her very much.

Ed Anger: They live in double-wides because double-wides can be repossessed with a tow truck if they stop payments. Tribal land can't be used to secure a mortgage.
The entire tribal bureaucracy is aimed at keeping them dependent, and removing consequences for unwise choices. They are like anyone else. Treat them like adults, and they will start acting like adults. Posted by: Kristopher at May 05, 2012 12:17 PM (Z3y1K) 233

You really make it seem so uderstandable with your presentation but I find this topic before really hard to understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me.
