I concur; As much as I despise his organization. This is an unrelated (hopefully) matter of criminal law. Let the law handle it. If he cops a plea, it is safe to say his career giving sex advice to young ladies is likely over. If not we can surely end it with some pressure.

Well, I'll tell you my story. I drove through a construction area at 70 mph because I had to pee so bad. As soon as I got to a spot where there were some bushes I pulled over and ran into them to take a leak.
As soon as I started relieving myself who shows up but Mr. State Trooper. He say he can cut me a break: either get written up for speeding in a construction zone (double fine and points on my license) or public exposure. Since I figured the points would make me lose my license I went with the exposure charge and was fined $1,200.
The fine was $100 per inch.

The story only says that he was arrested at a ballpark where children play; not that there were children present at the time of the incident. It could mean that he was getting a blowjob from a cheap hooker behind the port-a-johns. As the news story mentions, and as has been reiterated in earlier comments, "indecent exposure" (at least in TX) is when a person exposes their private areas (genitals, anus, etc) for the purposes of sexual arousal in another. So the "taking a leak" option is debunked.

My first and only criminal trial,trial two yearsout of law school was an indecent exposure case. Pierce County District Court in Eatonville, Washington (population 2,569), 1997. The judge was a well-known old crank who was rumored to drink his lunch. Defendant was 20 year old punk who really was just hauling out his junk to take a piss and was so drunk when he did it he almost missed the ground with his stream. Complaining witness was a 14 year old girl who dressed in court like a $2.00 whore, and had probably already seen more dick at that point in her life than most high schoolfootball locker room towel boys. Jury of my client's peers, as it were (a bunch of local drunks), didn't take too kindly to the complaining witness (though one of them was seen chatting her up outside the courtroom after the verdict was in) and found him innocent of the charge. The judge admonished my client to keep it in his pants and to fly straight and true from then on, then promplty fell back intohis post-lunch coma while the courtroom cleared.
And that fucker my client still owes me two grand.

Each piece of Protected Health Information is, technically, an offense. If you release someone's Last name, first name, middle name, social security number, and address- that's 5 violations for that single record. Disclosing a single claim improperly (harder than it sounds, really, short of actual wrong-doing) can, if the Fed's want to throw the book, bankrupt mid-sized healthcare companies.
Again, though, it's actually pretty hard to "accidentally" violate HIPAA, since all it requires when you do disclose something improperly is to log the disclosure (you don't even, strictly speaking, have to notify the affected patient- according to the law- unless they specifically ask).

Yeah, the only real change (and based on their outrage, consider how much they were counting on this _not_ happening) in already existing law was that the the mother had to actively refuse to view, or have described, the sonogram.
They were already taking them, and the more reputable (such as they are) abortion doctors were already offering the chance to view them. Now, the mother has to say, "No, I don't want to know," and then has to sign a form saying she said that.

I am a follower of Padre Pio, I pretty much say the rosary all day, through meetings, on the phone, online, I can say it and do other stuff, just like he did. Our Lady asked for the rosary, especially in lent, I try to give her as many as I can.

Years ago the police conducted a sting at a rest stop here in MN that was apparently known as a pickup spot for gays to have sex. A professor at the local small town university was among those busted.
Believe it or not (or perhaps predictably), the local GLBT community protested that the police were harassing and discriminating against gays.

Padre Pio is very much loved in southern Italy. I was a couple times close by where Padre Pio had resided. My Dad wanted me to go visit. Well there were three little Fiat station wagons for us USAF type to sign out. And no one ever wanted to go there besides me. So never got the chance. Instead I got a chance to tour some of the Vatican hoping that would get some points with Dad. Nope, to this day he mutters about me not going over to see Padre Pio. LOL

My Dad was a police cadet in California many years ago. He told me the police who did similar "stings" used to use a can of spray paint to mark the men's area of junction. So the scenario is two guys are in a stall, police with spray can in hand shove open the door and spray the men's meeting point. So one guy has green spray on his bum, and the other has a partially sprayed root, with the part that was inside masked off. I think that method is much more definitive than simply having the police officer testify that two men were in a stall together, which leaves room for doubt. Either that or a jumpy video where all you see is a flurry of activity.
