147 I live about 2 miles from the game. The town was crazy last night, every spare room sold to Saints fans. The bar scene was lively.

The security around the game is tight. I have been seeing some military type helicopters circling around this morning. The flyover with the 2 jets went right over my back yard.

Plus, our sheriff spent last night in his own jail. That would be a good story for Ace to run. It's a circus, as usual.

I went to college in Pittsburgh, in the early 90's. I'm sure it has changed a bit since I've been there, but even when I was there it was definitely not the stereotype of dirty smelly industrial factory steel city any more. There are some fun places, some really awful places, but it is a decent city yeah.

When I was there, my friends who were from further east of the 'Burgh (NYC, Boston, etc.) thought of Pittsburgh as a "Midwestern town" (that's an insult, from them). But, my friends who were from further west of the 'Burgh, thought of it as an "East Coast city" (kind of an insult, but not really). So that is my take.

If you visit, you definitely have to go to Primanti Brothers. They have teh awesomest sammiches on the planet.

Lived there many years. Still have family there in the city, and near-suburbs. It is a fabulous place to live.

Spend a week or two there as a visitor, and try it out. Buy a good city guide book so that you don't miss anything.

so when I lived in Pittsburgh, one semester I was able to score a cheap flight home, but it was out of the Cleveland airport, about 2 hrs away. So I found a guy who lived in Cleveland and convinced him to give me a ride to the airport once break started. So at the end of this drive, we are cresting the last hill before we go into the valley where Cleveland is, and the very first thing that you see once you reach the top of the hill, is this enormous slag heap.

That is the "welcome" sign for Cleveland.

I am not really willing to argue hard for anyone on the conservative side, though I will vote for them.

I do think he is smart and has some control issues.
I think his strong point is guerilla action, which is why he did well in the house as a member of the minority party and not as well as a member of the majority party. I think your concern that his inclination to seek revenge may be a liability from the governance standpoint - I do wish he could find a way to employ it to serve the party at this time.

I have to agree with the shorter is better school. I am not sure what the benefit of a girl over 5'5" is. In an emergency situation you may need to carry her and all of that extra weight is only going to slow you down.
