Ron Paul on Video: The Bildersbergers Are Plotting To Control The Banking System And Our Natural Resources

Gold? Oil? Probably both.

Couple of points: This is from his own mouth, first of all. Lew Rockwell did not brainjack him and telepathically force him to say these things.

He knows how crazy his conspiracy theories about The Illuminatus are, so he initially deflects the question ("What do you think the Bildersbergers are doing?") with an empty demurral. Then the questioner asks it a second and third time, and he can no longer counterfeit his beliefs; he offers up the Illuminatus conspiracy.

Remember, we're fighting a "phony war" against Al Qaeda, and it's all ginned-up neocon nonsense that Iran is cooking up a nuclear bomb, and Hamas was created by Israel.

But the thing we've got to really keep our eyes on is the Bildersbergers and Trilateral Commissioners.

Thanks to John E.

52 Here's the thing with Ron Paul. On the surface, he makes a lot of sense:
- We're overextended militarily around the world.- We're in debt up to our eyeballs from overspending- The Fed needs to be seriously reassessed
But then you dig a little deeper and what sense he makes is undermined by the extremity of his views:
- We need to pull all of our military out of every place in every corner of the whole world, and make nice with all the people who want to kill us so that they don't want to kill us anymore. Oh, and fuck Israel, the warmongering bastards.- GOOOOOOLLLLD!!! And JEWWWWWS!!!!- MORE GOOOOOOOOOLLLLLD!
Then you dig a little deeper still and his outright insanity becomes clear; e.g., the conspiracy theories about the Bilderbergers, contrails, "the New Money," etc.
He's accepted at all because most people just take the time to peruse his surface level policies; they never do the extra digging to see that he's stone cold crazy. And then they get defensive because they don't like being deemed crazy by association. And a lot of the time they're not crazy; they're just desperate.
Although there are plenty who are crazy, and I mean that in every way possible. We're talking clinical psychoses.

I believe it's both. There's the Ross Perot types (mostly blue hairs and kids) who don't know that much about him and haven't bothered to find out, and there's the nutter contingent who support him because of or in spite of his insanity.

I suspect the former make up most of his Republican supporters, and the latter his non-Republican followers.

The popularity of Ron Paul indicates that these are, indeed, crazy times.
Regardless of whether or not Paul does well in any of the Republican primaries, there is still a good chance he will run as a Third Party candidate.
And who knows who he will take votes aways from. I fully expect Axelrod to find ways to get Ron Paul money through "cut -outs" to help him along in his third party efforts. This is going to be one crazy election.

Ron Paul might be on the wrong planet, but we on Earth might want to consider "Agenda 21" and the UN's (unelected "global" bureaucracy) IPCC (more of the same) propagating the biggest scientific fraud of all time -- AGW. We might want to sing along with some kind of "conspiracy" theory, even if in a different tune.
Actually, with the ClimateGate 1 and 2 email dumps, certainly, the "control" of all scientific publicationsand "possession" of reputations re "valid" research on "global warming" using the scientific method, and the link to the IPCC, all governments, NGOs, etc., makes "conspiracy" not exactly a theory. Maybe Paul's is wierd, but maybe some are not. And where does the SCFOAMF fit in these "conspiracies". Was Bush pushing aspects of Agenda 21? He sure grew our government and wasted our treasure. (Yes, his mischief pales in comparison with the current grower-waster, but Bush prevented change in a reasonable direction.) Is the Virginia GOP change of registration rules part of a conspiracy, too?
I think people too easily dismiss Paul's concerns and I have no intention of ever voting for him -- except as an antidote to SCOAMF, that anti-U.S., radical marxist, radical islamist, affirmative-action lightweight.

Paul is obviously being ambushed, either by someone trying to embarass him, or by a Bilderberger conspiracy true believer. You can see Paul's obvious discomfort as he tries to assess the situation. He blows the guy off with a generic"ohyeah, thereprobably doing their usual thing" statement, changes the subject ("We have our own things to talk about, too."), then turns dismissively away and ends the conversation. Yeah, this video is a real revelation. More posts like this shit, and Paul will win the nomination.

Now people start edging away and associate your ideas with racism and lunacy.

196 Yea cuz Ron Paul keeps me up at night.... I get that now he is doing well in Iowa, conservatives are nervous... but c'mon... all republicans have universally taken Iowa with a grain of salt which is why "momentum" doesn't happen until after new Hampshire at the earliest. Unless you think Huckabees Iowas performance was "game changing?"

Onto important news... I am hearing speculation about Eric Edelman in a Romney administration. We should dig into that now because the "unacceptable to conservatives" label loses its value once the DC wheels are in motion. Our greatest level of influence is early on while course can be changed internally and below the radar.

I not suggesting he is a good or bad choice... Just that maybe some conservative/libertarian DC insiders can let the rest of us know. It is inconceivable even now, the pressures the sec-def will be under in the next administration.

Asked today about Newt Gingrichs failure to get on the Virginia ballot, Mitt Romney today didnt hold back judgment.
I think he compared it to Pearl Harbor. Its more like Lucille Ball

Portsmouth, N.H. You got toget it organized.
Gingrich failed to meet the 10,000 signature threshold to get his
name on the Virginia ballot over the weekend, his campaign manager later
taking to Facebook to compare the incident with the 1941 attack on
Pearl Harbor.
Newt and I agreed that the analogy is December 1941: We have
experienced and unexpected set-back, but we will re-group and re-focus
with increased determination, commitment and positive action, wrote
Gingrichs National Campaign Director Michael Krull.

Which means that all flavors of democrats can find their tone and flavor and yet more or less share the same views and get the same information... just with the delivery flavored more to their ego.

Fox News as a one size fits all just isn't their bag and never will be. Without the libertarian wing to the right of conservatives speaking to their anxieties they would almost certainly end up among the Nader/green party types.

Which would you rather hear about at dinner.. the danger of TSA, preemptive war, and the printing presses which according to our founders including my wifes own Xgreat grandfather and freedom fighter Roger Sherman, a man better then all of you put together, is one of the many tyrants tools. (Also I have had family live in Zimbabwe.... no clearer modern example of the danger of printing presses then that place)

Or would you rather be hearing about the 1%, christofascim, koch brothers, and misunderstood Marx. Because there are people who like their politics sensational and you should be thankful their is a semi-productive outlet that is for their energy.

257 Or to put it another way... in the age of Acorn and Obama... Nick Gillespie is the guy you are afraid of?

Heres his piece on school choice being given a chance post Katrina when the teachers union finally abandoned the area.

In almost 2012... these are the people you are afraid of? Boy... I wish I had your problems.

258 Ron Paul is the latest manifestation of George Wallace reactionary politics. How do I know this? Let's put it this way. Only protestants tend to give shit about Chemtrails if you get my drift. I give Paul a lot of credit. He came from the same land of tangerines and elephants (playing in the band, who who who looking out my backdoor) that gave us Wallace, David Duke the like, it's just he's packaged his poop in so much ribbon and flashy paper you can no longer see any poop.

Paul goes at it a little more esoterically but the underlying concern never changed. It hasn't changed since the dawn of time, to be honest. Gosh that's pretty deep for a Gopher rustler, huh.

Where it gets all whacked out is when you try to fit the Norwegian guy into the continuum. That guys messes up the continuum something fierce.

259 "250 I 'm having the same problem with my 30 something son. He just shrugs off the crazy foreign policy stuff and focusses on the fiscal and Consitutionality talk.

My son (20) just says, "Aren't you tired of endless foreign wars?" And I remind him that "endless foreign wars" have kept a roof over his head and put food on his table for the past nine years. Alas, it is unpersuavie.

Ron Paul isn't a pacifist. He said he doesn't like "foreign" wars, that's all.

Good point. He has been predicting and hoping for a race war in this country for 30 years. Now THAT'S a war he could support.

"Ron Paul isn't a pacifist. He said he doesn't like "foreign" wars, that's all

Hey, great!

In this history of mankind are most wars "foreign wars", or not?

You think the US Constitution was set up only to deal with "domestic" wars? After we had just been through a foreign war for our independence?

I'd ask you what kind of a dull tool would answer that --- and it would be a dull dull tool.

SO TAKE THAT!!!

I'm willing to give Rand the benefit of the doubt. My mother was such a hardcore FDR democrat, and a little prone to conspiracy theories herself, and none of her four children ended up with her political tendencies.

By the way, Ron Paul has to be Art Bell. Art Bell hasn't been heard from since he gave up his radio show and I'm thinking that it was just RP getting to old to do both.
