| Overnight Open ThreadGood evening all. LEGO® STAR WARS™: BOMBAD BOUNTY Even with Jar-Jar and hand-less Lego people I'd still much rather watch 120 minutes of this than any of Lucas' three prequels.28 Days Later: Some Elections Are Still Undecided Nine years later there's still no memorial or replacement towers at ground zero. But artifacts from that day are currently being stored at Hangar 17 at JFK Airport for an eventual National September 11 Memorial and Museum. ![]() Really? I guess actual decency isn't part of that whole 'return to decency' thing. ![]() Then go here. Sometimes a few pounds of fat in the right places can propel you from future Mrs. Key Grip to movie star. Wait wasn't there a study like two years ago that said the exact opposite?! Now that my 15 month process of full-body laser epilation is nearly complete I suddenly find out that it was all for naught. I want my money and hair back! ![]() Well one way is to look for the copious antineutrinos they produce. And the easiest way to detect these may just be to sink a supertanker full of linearalkylbenzene off the coast. ![]() From classic cars and selling for just $1200. Of course annoying hipsters consider 1960's Dodge Dart jackets to be the most authentic. ![]() Okay important safety tip moron/moronettes - if a model approaches you in a beauty salon and offers to 'pump up your booty' at a bargain price, just say no. Even if she wears a white jacket and seems 'pretty sure' about what she's doing. Plus choosy butt-pumpers always go with genuine GE Silicone II or Synthol. ![]() And embedded in one of its reviews is a nice little science fiction story. ![]() We live underground. We speak with our hands. We wear the earplugs all our lives. PLEASE! You must listen! We cannot maintain the link for long... I will type as fast as I can. DO NOT USE THE CABLES! We were fools, fools to develop such a thing! Sound was never meant to be this clear, this pure, this... accurate. For a few short days, we marveled. Then the... whispers... began. And guess what product shoppers also viewed? Why this Male Testicular Exam Model. Such a deal at $151.01 and it gets 5 stars. ![]() ![]() Comments1

It would be awesome if future models could incorporate a replaceable scent packet - while the product portrays the jubbly feel of the real thing with remarkable accuracy, our agents have noted that in the field they encounter much more variation in scrotal smell than this product is capable of simulating. We would also like to know when the mock vulva will be released - half our staff is currently idle-handed.-J. It's this year's must-have Christmas gift! If you've already given the people whom you love a Three Wolves t-shirt, this year, give them these fake nuts. I was going to give my wife a pair of diamond stud earrings, and my kids were going to get an Xbox w/Kinect, but now, nuh-uh. It's male testicular exam models for everyone! ----Have you ever been told to "grow a pair?" Do you lack the cojones to get things done? Fret no more. The Male Testicular Exam Model Anatomy has got you covered. --- Bought these for my wife. She uses them as a hacky sack. Hours of relief for both of us. Spraying them with Ralgex makes them all tighten and shrivle up. Try attaching them to the underside of your clobber, wearing Speedo swim trunks and fool people into thinking you have four bollocks. Keep them away from pet dog who may sit in the corner gnawing on them, creating a vision of hell, giving dog bad ideas. ---- Beauty tip! Toss into freezer for a couple hours before bed, then secure over eyes with elastic band to help reduce puffiness and swelling. Posted by: kbdabear at November 30, 2010 10:34 PM (vdfwz) 84

As a rubber scrotum connoisseur, I have to say that the Model LFA #2811 Testicular Exam Model is head and shoulders above the competition in terms of realistic feel, weight and balance, and general likability. I've tried dozens of models that promise quick and easy results, and let me tell you folks if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Not so with the Model LFA #2811. Never before have I been able to so keenly detect embedded tumors on the smooth surface of a freshly shorn scrotum as I have with this handy tool. It's portable too! Going camping? Tuck the expertly crafted scrotum in your nap-sack or an old thermos. Worried your sandwiches will go bad during a hike? Keep that mayo fresh and sanitary simply by chilling your Model LFA #2811 testicles in your home freezer and pack it along with perishables. The future certainly is looking bright for this waxy pair. Girlish
youth and innocence are considered sexy in Japan, a culture with a long history of regarding women more as sex toys than as people. This obsession with untouched adolescence results in the sad sight of women in their thirties emitting girlish giggles and clutching teddy bears in an effort to maintain their appeal to the opposite sex. Approved and recommended by TSA Chief John Pistole himself, this superb product is the perfect companion for TSA employees all across the nation. When the TSA introduces phase 2 of the pat-down procedures in July 2011 every responsible TSA agent should have at least 40 hours of training with this device before starting feeling real-life subjects. A must have for TSA screeners or casual aficionados. Pros: - With your eyes closed, it's hard to tell the difference between this life-sized scrotum and the real deal. Cons: - The product is great, but somewhat expensive. I wish the manufacturer would've included several different testicle styles in the same package. - Addictive for some people. Again:
Finally, a rubber scrotum that I can use for exam training purposes. My room mate was going "nuts" (pardon the pun) because I kept trying to use his. I wish he wasn't such a light sleeper. Oh well. ---- Yes, this faux scrotum and testicles costs $160 which initially may seem to be a bit pricey. Think of it this way, after you make the initial investment you can fondle them as many times as you want. Using some round numbers to illustrate the value proposition, let's conservatively estimate that you'll fondle them 320 times in your first month of ownership. This amounts to just 50 cents a grope. Less than the price of a small, cup of standard garden variety coffee. Contrast this with the cost of copping a feel of a real pair out there. Any self respecting fellah bartering for feels of his package would likely demand that you first buy him a grande mocha half-caf latte cappucino first... and that would set you back three bucks a whack easily. AR-15 shoots .223, AK-47 and SKS use 7.62 x 39. Not all that hard to get either one, 7.62 ammo is available as military surplus in cases and isn't terribly expensive.

--------------------- The SKS and AK take 7.62x39mm Soviet, and it's cheap and plentiful. Not sure about the AR-15's 5.56mm. I suspect with all the activity in the sandbox it might be a little more spendy. Some folks will say that you can "scrounge" 5.56 easier, since the police and military use it. A Marine gets captured by Al Qaeda and taken to a remote location in the desert. They pull the blindfold off, and he sees he is standing in front of three tents. The terrorist leader, Sheik Abn bin-Layd, approaches. He gets in our Marine's face and, his breath reeking of gingivitis and goat gonad, yells: "Infidel dog! We will give you one chance to go free! But you must pass this test. In the first tent is thirty gallons of cheapest Iraqi wine available. You must drink it all in one hour! In the second tent is a Bengal tiger, with a rotten tooth. You must extract it! In the third tent is the most insatiable harlot in the East. You must... Satisfy her. GO!" So our Marine charges into the first tent. Bangs, crashes, glugs, yells-- but fifty-nine minutes later he tosses the last empty jug out of the tent flap, staggers out, and wobbles into tent number two. Roars, screams, bits of clothing and fur come flying out, all goes silent... And then our Marine comes roaring out, uniform torn, scratched all over, comes up to the Shiek and drunkenly slurs, "NOW WHERE ISH THISH LADY WITH A TOOTHACHE?!" okay so I have a question
as some of you know, I'm currently house-hunting so I come across the MHDC website - it is the state housing authority. I was looking for something like if there were state tax credits for first time homebuyers or something. but what I did find is that apparently the state of Missouri will actually give cash to first time home buyers, up to 3% of the mortgage, towards purchasing a home. in return, the state takes a second mortgage on the house, at 0% interest, no payments required, and after 5 years of continuous occupancy, the state dismisses the mortgage. I imagine that if one were to move out before 5 years were up, one would have to repay the second mortgage. There are income limitations for this program but amazingly enough the income limits are high enough so that I qualify. So this sounds like an interesting idea, but I'm of two minds about it: I of course like the idea of money towards purchasing a house, but I am not crazy about the state having a mortgage on my house, and plus, this is the type of government program that got us into our current mess and I'd just be enabling the state to do this type of stuff even further. What do you think - would you participate in this program? Posted by: chemjeff at November 30, 2010 11:45 PM (PaSAU) 179

mess and I'd just be enabling the state to do this type of stuff even further. It is an interesting ethical question - should you take what is essentially stolen money, when part of that money was stolen from yourself? Programs like this should not exist - they are part of the reason we had the housing bubble, but unfortunately theft by government is not going to end any time soon, even if Boehner and co don't disappoint. So, I'd take the deal, but put aside some significant fraction of the money you are saving and donate it to a good candidate in 2012 at the state level who will phase the program out. I am not crazy about the state having a mortgage on my house
Trust your instincts, Luke! Yes, the income limits for those programs are weirdly high. But why, why, why would you want to get into some creepy, scammy deal? You can probably buy a fabulous house where you live for something you can very easily afford. Posted by: Peaches at November 30, 2010 11:50 PM (zxpIo) 187

185 chemjeff,
Home prices resumed their decline in the latest data, down 0.7% for the month. With an estimated 2 year backlog of inventory counting soon to be foreclosed properties, the bottom is not here yet for most areas. Even rich people are choosing to rent in this environment. With a current push on to eliminate the home mortgage interest deduction, home buying is a damn iffy proposition right now. YMMV. Posted by: GnuBreed at November 30, 2010 11:53 PM (h0RtZ) 190

chemjeff,
Even rich people are choosing to rent in this environment. With a current push on to eliminate the home mortgage interest deduction, home buying is a damn iffy proposition right now. YMMV. You mentioned getting away from a crazy land lady. Maybe just shop around for a better rental? Posted by: fluffy at November 30, 2010 11:56 PM (SwkdU) 194
GnuBreed, yea I know it's not the best time right now to either buy or sell a house for different reasons, but I'm at a point in my life when I'm ready - I have a down payment (not 20%, though, maybe closer to 10%), I have a stable job, and I am just sick of renting.
I did think about maybe doing a lease-option type of deal but I don't know if a total house newbie should start out with some sophisticated option thingie. Posted by: chemjeff at November 30, 2010 11:59 PM (PaSAU) 195
fluffy, yeah but I am just sick of renting, the crazy land lady only intensifies the desire to leave, but the desire to leave is still there nonetheless

chemjeff, seriously, take it from someone who royally fucked up the timing... really, just keep renting and put away cash. I know it sucks, that feeling of wanting to own, but trust the instincts and everyone else's.

It says you 'receive a second mortgage of 3%'. And it's forgiven after five years and no monthly payments are required. So it's free money. Or, rather, it's your friends and relations' money, given to you.

Posted by: chemjeff at December 01, 2010 12:03 AM (PaSAU) 200
I haven't looked into those very closely. They always seemed like money suckers. And, I suspect, the monthly payment would be considerably more than renting.

Editor @ 212, yeah the monthly payment is more than renting but it would go towards the purchase of the house, at least that's the idea
but it is kinda like leasing a car I suppose, you won't buy it in the end because by time the lease is up you're tired of the car Posted by: chemjeff at December 01, 2010 12:07 AM (PaSAU) 203
I wasn't joking about the Soros, thing. He owns the bank (bought it after it went under). Not that the bank actually owns the note... none of them do. They've all consolidated them and sold them off to investment firms. In the act, they've pretty much destroyed all the original notes. They're totally fucked from it. They pulled the biggest effing scam in the history of scams.
You should see the sick deal he got from the FDIC and Feds for buying the bank. You'd throw-up from knowing them. Posted by: Editor at December 01, 2010 12:09 AM (YX6i/) 204
205 I've 'sold' two homes under lease/purchase agreements so far with good results. The first buyer converted to a home loan after a couple of years and paid me off. The second person defaulted after 18 months and I had to list it out. In both cases, I required a substantial non-refundable down payment which of course would apply to the purchase price only.
Going this way avoids a realtor fee of 6-7%, which can be factored into the price. It's also a pure example of free markets, which I am a fan of. Every part of the agreement can be negotiated, including counting a part of the monthly payment as equity accumulation. Get some expert advice if you choose a lease/purchase option. The interest payments are deductible (so far) if you choose this route. Posted by: GnuBreed at December 01, 2010 12:14 AM (h0RtZ) 205

Way back when, around '02 i guess, i needed a DVI cable for my brand new HDtv and the only one i could find was $99 at Radio Shack. I still have that tv, but the DVI cable is now useless because DVI doesn't support copyright protection. If you try connecting it to a cable box or any set top box capable of showing copyrighted material, you get a message saying it failed something or other, can't remember exactly, component cables work though because they're not a 1:1 representation like DVI. And now of course, everything is HDMI and cables go for $20.

GnuBreed so it sounds like you save a realtor's commission but you have to spend money on a real estate lawyer to draft the documents correctly, is that right?
Posted by: chemjeff at December 01, 2010 12:15 AM (PaSAU) 208
Chemjeff, The recession has generated plenty of “accidental” landlords - property owners who wanted to sell, but can’t find a buyer. Renting a different home gets you away from the landlady from hell. Look for foreclosure and sale notifications on sites such as RealtyTrac, StreetEasy and Zillow.com. and find a deal to buy. IF the buying climate gets better you'll be ahead of the other renters looking to buy. Remember.. supply and demand. Posted by: sickinmass at December 01, 2010 12:17 AM (1rflU) 209

chemjeff, the first sale was to a RE professional, and we drafted the sale document ourselves. When he fell behind once, I threatened to repossess and he quickly brought the account current. He must have felt the contract was pretty valid. The second sale was done with the aid of my listing agent, for which I paid a pretty reasonable fee.
With all the title uncertainty going on now, due to the mortgage backed securities bundling mess, I probably wouldn't venture there without a RE lawyer. I'd probably even insist on a title search as a buyer. Posted by: GnuBreed at December 01, 2010 12:29 AM (h0RtZ) 215

Posted by: beanervt at December 01, 2010 02:03 AM (4oOBZ) Howard Hughes was so paranoid about damaging his actresses "lovelies" (he was the Russ Meyer of his day) he gave specific directions to his chauffers to drive 20-30 mph slower in turns, and slowing down to 5mph on cobblestone. Any driver caught driving his mams around ignoring this was fired immediately- he believed stress to the breast ruined them and that their gravity-defying shapes could be preserved for years with radical care and attention. As built in a shirt/top type support?
Posted by: beanervt at December 01, 2010 02:24 AM (4oOBZ) No. the illusion has to be of the spread of cancer (highlighted by strings of fabric that mimic the pathway of the lymph system), so there will be hardly any fabric at all- a central nipple-like shape from photoset#1 that resembles a cancer cell (which oddly looks like a misshapen nipple-and-areola just before mitosis). the trick is to give the illusion of nothing there while still providing full support. As the more blessed moronettes here will tell you- after a certain cupsize bras without underwire become utterly laughable so the trick is to construct a radial wire that can be masked with the right lighting and a strong support behind and away from the camera- and connecting it all without it tearing apart from the gravitational pull of the breasts. Posted by: sickinmass at December 01, 2010 02:25 AM (1rflU) When I upload the final images it will be the thread of the year, and Kratos will be fainting 2000 miles away. There are a total of 4 seperate projects (1 painting, 1 sculpture, 1 video installation, 1 photoset w/ accompaning costuming to be displayed as well) and then I have to pitch it to a gallery interested enough. Since big breasts aren't artistic because of the immediate pornographic connotations, that could be hard. But this is Los Angeles, and I will not take no for an answer particularly if the curator has more silicone in her chest than I have in my computer. But I will take a massive batch of photos and even video of the breast series when finished for your morons' pleasure. And to sent Kratos screaming. @317
Perhaps a better description would be "soft core pr0n as if produced by the Zucker Brothers." About twenty-five years ago I had a friend over who was a big Russ Meyer fan, and we got to talking about how you could order stuff back then from Meyer on VHS, from his own company. We had a telephone number from an ad in a magazine, and for a hoot decided to call... we actually got Russ Meyer himself on the phone! Good times. We had a republic back then. Now, not so much. Just a mountain of regulations, Republicans caving to socialism, and mandates to eat salad. You really get what you pay for with the Rosetta stone languagecourses . If you’re looking for other benefits, consider that fact that you don’t have to commute to college in order to learn a foreign language. Rosetta stone’s lack of compatibility with PDA’s is not a very serious drawback, especially if you don’t want to drive or walk to school anyway. If you intend to study a language entirely at home, then Rosetta stone is the best alternative to sitting in a class room. Another benefit of utilizing this powerful language learning tool is in preparation for a college course. You can use the software to learn the language and then fly through your college course, get a letter A grade, and apply the credits toward a degree or certificate. I think you will have interests to see rosetta stone discount
