Yeah, So Here's the Guy Eric Holder Decided To Spring Free: Let's Give It Up for Osama Bin Ladin!

The guy? Well, the New Black Panthers as an organization were named as defendants, and this guy's the head of the Black KKK, so yeah, this guy too.

Can't wait until the MFM gives this big play. Giggle.

Here's the Grand Cyclops admitting the guilt of his organization, apparently directed from the top:

Here he gives a shout-out to his buddies Barack Obama and Eric Holder.

And here's something: The New Black Panthers won't be the only lefty groups at Glen Beck's rally at the Lincoln Memorial. The left is trying to create an Anti-Tea Party, yet again.

In an effort to replicate the tea party's success, 170 liberal and civil rights groups are forming a coalition that they hope will match the movement's political energy and influence. They promise to "counter the tea party narrative" and help the progressive movement find its voice again after 18 months of floundering.

And speaking of the Tea Party, the Hill asked me to do a dueling-essays thing with a liberal blogger about Lindsey Graham's prediction that the Tea Party would die. I can't say what I wrote is interesting -- I sort of wanted to talk about preference cascades, but ran out of space and also realized I was being pedantic about things -- but here's how that went if you're interested.

The best thing I can say about that effort is that the pixels managed to stick to the screen, and that's it.

Oh, by the way, if you're wondering why I didn't rebut Liberal Dude's a-u-t-o-matic cry of "racism" and "John Birch Society," it's because I never saw his take on things until ten minutes ago. We just wrote separately and uninformed of the other's efforts.

Since I didn't finish mine (or, actually, abandon mine: As they say, writing is never finished, it is merely abandoned) until 10:33 last night, that's not The Hill's fault or anything. It's just how it's set up.

I think the name they should be considering should be 'The President and Congress.' Of course, that's the reason they're fucked in the first place.

2 Ace's part on the Hill thing was decent, if not long enough. The liberal guy went immediately for "the Tea Party is raaaaaacist", which was actually disappointing. Also, claiming death panels were debunked days after Obama recess-appointed their biggest advocate seems like a tactical mistake.

4 Heh, so a group of people whose party controls both legislative bodies, and the executive branch, and has a pretty consistent 4.5 out of 9 on the judiciary needs to counter a bunch of uninformed, racist hicks? And they need to use terms like "One Nation" to do so? What about "One People"? Or "One Leader"?

Someone else linked this earlier and said they've taken the name from one of Nazi Germany's slogans. And they of course did have a link that showed a slogan using "One Nation." Of course so does our Pledge. So its kind of dumb to reference a nazi slogan when there's an American origin to the phrase as well.

8 I think the socialist, um, democrats, should name their movement after a color, an earth-tone, and an article of clothing, not pants but something for the upper body, that they could wear so as to identify each other. Maybe they should invent a salute, too. Not that stupid hands making a circle one from the campaign, because sometimes you are carrying things, but maybe just one hand, the right hand, in the air with the palm facing forward.

Posted by: huerfano at July 10, 2010 03:41 PM (rqC5o)

21 the Tea Party is not some coalition made up by Reps, if it was then why are candidates not backed by Reps making gains and being endorsed by the Tea Parties? the Tea Party itself differs from the mainstream Rep platform and is more conservative leaning, yet libs have nothing to do but say their radical racists while polls and surveys and studies done by libs no less keep showing that it's just not true.

The only reason the left is up in arms that people dare question Obama (who's now an unpopular president that even unfavorably high polling types like Palin and Gingrich stand a chance against) is because after thinking the country was w/ them in hating Bush and hating the right they've realized it's not true. The only reason libs got into power and got away w/ muscling their way into taking out any JFK/Truman Dems was because Reps after 2004 watched their party act like Dems and didn't come out to vote. Now they're energized again in public opinion, polling, and voting. it's a fact that even w/ high Dem turnout and big minority/young turnout, that had Reps turnout for that election, McCain probably wins a nailbitter, and oh yeah those damn moderate Reps sure didn't help going towards Obama in the last weeks.

22 I posted the following in the last Holder thread. Comment 605, so I doubt many will see it. I've edited it a bit:

*****

Can you picture it?

Blacks vs. whites vs. Hispanics
vs. all others, with the drug smugglers--mostly Mexican--streaming over
the purposely left-open border to aid their ethnic kinsmen. Hatred, suspicion,
death...mostly for us blacks, since, with the aid of the illegals, we
would become, by far, the minority (thank you, Margaret Sanger). That's the bare bones outline of the civil war which Obama and his progenitors, the organized Left, are
trying to provoke.

But
in the chaos, guess who would come to the aid of the black Americans?
That's right: our Muslim "brothers"--the ones who have been setting up
camps like Islamburg for
decades. And the ones who Obama has been kissing and kissing and
kissing up to for a year and a half.

And most of the black
population--ignorant of the decimation that Islamic "Civilization" has
wreaked on black Africans and is still wreaking (Sudan and other
places), ignorant of the fact that the Arabic word for 'Negro' is abd (slave)--will accept that help,
and thereby seal their own--OUR OWN--re-enslavement and destruction.

Wake
up black people and white people and all others who value the American
Way of Life! Wake up, Americans, and don't become Obama's tools. There
are enough of those already.

the problem is that the GOP has given us bad candidates for President post-Reagan1988: George HW Bush - wimpy (though not true) image who looked like some sidekick to the great Reagan who even w/ a heavily popular President found a way to go down -17, thankfully for him he had a great campaign team led by Atwater who helped show Dukakis for who he was and he got a nice victory comeback1992: Prez HW Bush - after breaking his promise not to raise taxes, he found a way to screw up a 90% approval rating just 1 year later and decided pissing off the base he needed to win was no big deal as Perot took advantage and kept votes away from him, even w/ all that and Clinton's charisma w/ a week to go he was able to take the lead in the polls but managed to screw that up and was taken out of office by slick Willy1996: Bob Dole - Dole had no charisma to Clinton's who was polarized prez w/ low favorables and okay approvals and scandals hanging over him, everyone knew it was the 1994 GOP takeover of congress that was responsible for the economic upturn but the GOP gave us a guy who started out w/ a small lead and then constantly polled under 20 points and decided that talking about Viagra and his WW II record would win against a great campaigner in Clinton who signed welfare reform and got re-elected easily, becoming the only Dem post FDR to be re-lected2000: George W Bush - not only was W Bush a guy who screwed up a 10 point lead and gave himself a vacation 2 weeks before the election allowing Gore to almost pull off the comeback but he managed to lose the popular vote and that allowed idiots to claim he stole the election though FL clearly went to him2004: Prez W Bush - Bush was a popular prez w/ approvals in the 60s when he ran for re-election but he allowed Kerry and Dems to drag him through the mud and his approvals got down to the early 50s and what was a 14 point lead in the polls became a nailbitter that came down to independents being happy w/ the economy and the war still having slight support and popularity2008: John McCain - not only did Mac piss off and get more of the base not to turnout then Dole but after having leads up to 10 points after the GOP convention and Obama on the verge of pulling a Dukakis, he managed to allow a lib to beat him in the Tax debate and then pulled bad performances in the debates, once he finally got tough it was too late and independents going HUGE for Obama gave him the presidencyso we need:- a good campaigner- a tough guy/gal- a good debater- someone the base AND independents love

71 Video Flashback: Texans Run Black Panthers Out Of Town http://bit.ly/aioizP
I remember when this happened back in 2007. It was only about 15-minutes from my house. Pasadena, TX resident Joe Horn shot dead two thugs who broke into his neighbors home.
The Black Panthers led by Quanell Xthought theyd march through Horns neighborhood and try to intimidate folks.
Suffice it to say that kind of thing doesnt go down well here in Texas. The Panthers were chased right out of the neighborhood.

78 I think I commented here, a while back, that someone would eventually take-out Beck.
On days such as yesterday, when I'm home early or out sick, I tune in to catch Beck and, for all the theatrics, his content is damned good. Really, really good. It always makes me think. And, he is fearless in his presentation.
He has made himself a butt of jokes with the crying jags (which seem to have stopped), but there is always something of value in his show.
Maybe the bastards will learn a thing or two at this show or, you know, maybe he'll just piss them off further.

I don't think the open primaries hurt that much (besides that is controlled by State law). I think the winner take all crap is what killed us and gave us McCain.

And Bambi won because the fix was in from the get-go. He flooded the caucuses and had the "super delegates" locked up. Hillary won all the actual primary votes.

As I posted in the earlier thread; isn't it ironic that neither Party went into the election with a candidate that the majority of their Party base supported.

It speaks volumes about our election process.

Why is this so hard to understand for many conservatives? Have you ever talked to a die-hard liberal? Even a well-heeled, professional person with a good job and income who is a lifelong liberal? When it comes to politics, they quite literally want their opponents destroyed. They don't want a compromise, they don't want to get along. 105 I'm a Missouri Tea Party founder (Missouri Sovereignty Project - www.mosov.org). Nice analysis on TPs, Ace. But there is one element that is so, so dominate among us that you left out, perhaps not understanding that it even exists within the souls of Tea Partiers: a deep-seated ferocious need to move back to the U.S. Constitution.

It is easy for those not directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the TPs to believe the predominant driving force is the deficit and an unresponsive arrogant govt. Those are the surface issues. The core is our determination to return Planet D.C. to an adherence to the Constitution.

The primary goal of TPs is to monitor elected conservative officials like a microscope up the ass; the second any one of them moves left (or says the word "bipartisan" or "cross the aisle"), they will be put on notice that they're finished the next cycle.

Thanks, TG

162 Medved is no particular friend of liberty. That is an exaggeration, but not as much as one may think. Too often he will support all kinds of taxes for "social engineering" like sin taxes or he will support government policies that pick winners like taxing single people higher than married people. He often expresses doubt that the federal gubmint is permitted to do much of what it does, but has no problem if individual states do the same things. It often appears he sees no limit to governmental powers so long as the ruling body is a state, not the federal government.

He wastes time waging war against things like Halloween and he promotes freaking Bigfoot. He spends too much time talking to complete moonbat callers. Little can be learned from a moonbat. (Mark Levin has the best moonbat caller policy... shred, attack and put down.) Sometime his guests are good, but the proportion of good to bad has left me disinterested. I never listen any longer. However, your mileage may vary. He's just not my taste.

I'm still frosted by what Hewitt wrote to Baldilocks. What a hypocritical frat boy.

I'll give the guy props for smarts, but how he can, on the one hand, disparage gubmint for picking winners and losers through industrial policy and taxation, yet play the opposite game when it comes to his agenda of "promoting families" (AKA taxing singles at higher rates) speaks to dishonesty, if intellectual in nature.

Disagreement in callers is fine too, however I felt that too many of those he chose were simply far too lunatic to be emblematic of real-life disagreements with liberals. His opposing guests are usually of better quality. But why are so many of them present to discuss marginal topics like flag-burning or getting the word "God" off our currency?

196 What gets me is this: A group of my coworkers were crabbing about welfare moms, and all the subsidies and such, that the welfare people get, and how responsible, working married moms like them just get taxed more and it isn't fair. Same type of stuff I've heard from them and other coworkers about how the health care plan is insane and unfair, and people need to be more responsible for themselves, and yes, a helping hand is necessary but not a lifetime of being on the dole, taking money from responsible taxpayers!
And they're all Black. And they've had it. And this oil spill in the Gulf is the last straw. The anger and disappointment is out and it's loud.
Now, how can the Tea Party reach out and pull away all the deliberate misinformation out there and pull my coworkers in?
I'm still a Democrat, and they all are, but we're fed up and furious and this is not the Democrat party we chose 30 or whatever years ago (or, if it was, it didn't seem this...incompetent or malevolent). Many of us, if we never agreed with Bush, liked him personally as a guy with a good character who at least acted with some sort of decisiveness, and we all supported our troops and still do, but are confused as to what the hell's the point in A-stan. We might not have liked Rumsfeld, but were impressed as to how he acted in the Pentagon that terrible day, since most of us know at least one person who works there. We may not even like Sarah, but feel she got a bad shake and admire her for keeping Trig and for marrying a part-Native American and for also being decisive. Wait, what? A new state, particularly a dependent one like Puerto Rico,
would be a big, fookin' deal. Are you sure you've thought this through?

There are trivial votes to be sure. The ones you mentioned do not qualify. There really are litmus test votes - even narrowed ones - where bipartisanship is not to be entertained. Parties need to stand their ground on certain defining principles even if it means gridlock or lack of "progress." When the political milieu changes due to citizens decidedly shifting positions, then the party can reach across the aisle; and that's only if reaching across the aisle is what the voters of defined side mandate. (The leaders can direct and lead, but they better vote their constituents interests even if it conflicts with their own. But I digress.)

It's like Dennis Prager says. We have two parties in the Nation Below Canada. The Stupid Party, and the Dangerous Party. The choice is not difficult. There are no third parties. That is an ironclad dead-end. It's an ugly choice, but it's still a choice. If you want more of what Barry has brought, stick with the Democrats. If not, you have to go with the other party. Those weren't black black people who were killed on 9/11. They were slaves toiling for The Man.

Logic and reason mean nothing to these people. Yes, I said "these people." The Osama Obama/Eric Holder/Sheila Jackson-Lee/Maxine Waters/King Whatever Shabazz crowd are a bunch of "thems."

Your post over on the other Holder thread, well in regards to that several years ago Louis Farrakhan broke bread with the president of Sudan while muslims were enslaving, raping and murdering black Christians in the South. So the fact that he claims that he and his ilk stand up for the black man and women is ridiculous. He's muslim first and black second.

The problem in Darfur is decades old. It just became a cause celebre by liberals to deflect attention away from Iraq and Afghanistan when Bush was in office and make it appear even more that he didn't care about black people after Katrina..

You don't hear a peep about it now that Obama is in office.

I am right there with you.
I am a co-founder of the Manassas VA Tea Party. What brings our group together is an enemy who is attacking the Constitution, directly and Frontally. We had our first public gatheringback on June 25, a 'Rally to Defend the Constitution', on the 222nd Anniversary of the VA ratification in 1788. (Side note VA was the most populous colony, and we demandedamendments to the Constitutionbefore we would ratify, which quickly became the bill of rights 1791) Our Tea Party started the day Obamacare was signed, the same day the VA AG Cuccenelli sued, and the same day that Patrick Henry gave his famous speech, Give Me Liberty, or give me Death" at St John's Church. History hassome interesting parallels.
Obamacare and these other poltical legislation is about the destruction of Property, Rights, and Freedom. The Tea party wants to preserve what we have, and go to the writings of the Fathers of the Country to defend these. The TEA party wont go away until the threat is dealt with. In this country, that means either by votes, impeachment,or recalls. If the current politicans refuse to listen, then the current movement will become an actual party, and will squeeze out one of the other two.
The other reason for how the TEA party gets power is the same way a guerilla group gets power. They can point to Government and say truthfully: "Do you see that horrible Corruption and Abuse there?"With the support of the people they can do many things, they are nimble and responsive, and they can attack the weakness of the enemy with ingenuity, ferocity, and vigor.

269 Now, how can the Tea Party reach out and pull away all the deliberate
misinformation out there and pull my coworkers in?

They speak up, like you can, that these are the issues, and the MFM is lying to them and collaborating with false charges of racism, and ignoring the real issues because, pardon your party, but the MFM self-identifies as 90% Democrat and they're party-line voters and they apply their ideology to their work.
So stop listening to the MFM, they're lying to you. Being informed means you have to WORK at it, if you expect to sit on your ass and have someone deliver the truth to you, you will be sorely disappointed.

I'm still a Democrat, and they all are, but we're fed up and furious
and this is not the Democrat party we chose 30 or whatever years ago
(or, if it was, it didn't seem this...incompetent or malevolent).

That's because the MFM was more effective back then. Admittedly, a certain number of old-school Democrats seemed to kind of walk the moderate walk they talked, but in retrospect, at least out West, it was all lies, and we've suffered for it.

And
the Republicans really, and I'm sorry to say this to you, since so many
of you are Republicans, don't appear much better. We see Michael Steele
as an unlikeable fool.

So, you agree with a lot of Republicans, then. Look, in the 2000 election I could see the "not a dime's worth of difference" argument, but since then and especially since 2007, the difference has been pretty damned clear. Sure, the GOP is barely better than nothing. But it's pretty clear from the scandal-a-day, economy-destroying, vote-fraud-excusing Democrat party's actions that they're far, far worse than nothing.
We long for Hillary, because she wouldn't bow
to anyone and she'd have got off her ass and down to the Gulf ASAP. We
feel betrayed and ignored and unwelcome anywhere.
Not sure anyone "over here" is with you on Hillary "f***** Jews" Clinton, of shady investment, FBI files, and secret health industry reform fame. She probably would have been in the Gulf sooner, I doubt the results would have been much different.

but are
confused as to what the hell's the point in A-stan.
That was where AlQaeda was based, primarily. We killed a lot of them there (though they were always multinational). A lot of Afghanistan's neighbors were taking shit from the Taliban, and some of their cooperation was gained by slapping the T-ban around a bit. It actually started out quite well, we conquered the "graveyard of empires" in three weeks, but there was a series of bad decisions later that made things a lot harder, combined with the lack of infrastructure making stability almost impossible.
We're prepared to listen, but no one's talking
to us. Help!

It is kind of amusing watching a bunch of withered leftists staring in shock at the wreckage resulting from the implementation of their desires, and trying to find some way to make a show of opposing the consequences while simultaneously supporting the cause AND opposing the opposition to the cause and consequences.

Ace is the hands down more original and interesting opinion.

Some differences I know a lot of us have from youare that most of us think abortion should be legal through the first trimester--mostly because of the welfare thing. (A lot of us are mad that our helping hand seems to have become a generational robbing of our money.) Also, some of the bitching about Affirmative Action is off-putting.
Some commonalities I've noticed since I came here (to Ace of Spades)is that as awhole, we're pretty religious and wish there would be more recognition of us as a Judeo-Christian nation; we're furious about our open border with Mexico (at work, we have a lot of people from other countries, but they've put in their time becoming legal citizens, the way it should be);kowtowing to other countries is totally unAmerican. One thing that keeps coming up now is that a Black man who had the ordinary American school and family experience would not be going around bowing to other countries.

I have not attended any tea parties myself, but from every photo and report I've seen those types of social "wedge" issues are not prominent, if present at all.My take is that if we stop kneecapping businesses and punishing productivity, there's enough money to make abortion less an attractive avenue. If they amnesty millions of illegal immigrants who are a net drain on society and do not share fundamentally liberty-loving sentiments, the game is not only fixed, it's up.

NO American should bow to anyone unless it's merely serving as a greeting, like a handshake, where equality and reciprocity is understood. The leader of Free people especially does not bow. Obama, as an American, has exercised this practice to a historic degree. He is sending a message and, as is self-evident, other nations are taking notice. Obama means to make America subservient.

Absolutely. And like any real hero he had, at heart, a very modest nature and a self depracating sense of humor. My father (a WWII Navy vet) spent a night drinking with Senator Dole at a Republican Club dinner and from what he told me of that experience I have no doubt he would have made a commercial like that and laughed his head off doing it.

Thanks for running the experiment. It wouldn't surprise me. It's an accurate, yet loaded word that hits its mark. While defense from the assertion is considered a defense from ad hominem, my context was fully factual.

It quoted Scher's "whenever a left-of-center reformer is elected to the presidency," and "Carville" commented that his research indicated that "socialist" is the preferred, less wordy terminology. Furthermore, Scher's templated response was true to form and script.

The Left must still run from what it is.

541 Did someone say "humane extermination?" I have a few thoughts to avoid the most visible sorts:

Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.

Other translations my be..without middle "yton"

Da-Gang = dagang = dicken-g(s) = Dicking
Dickens dicking

dicking= Dicks ( penis) or man
Da gang==bang
Dick's gang bang

Man gang= mange (n)( Italian word for to eat)

mangeng=Munching Munchen== little people snacks Munich

574 Way late:

Thank you, Merovign, Strong On His Mountain. I
guess some first steps I can takeis to find a local Tea Party and go to
a meeting and report back on how (ugh, I hate saying this)
Black-friendly it is. I'm pretty sure it will be, though.

Given all the bad press keeping people away, if you go with a positive attitude, you'll probably be a celebrity.
Some differences I know a lot of us have from youare that most of us
think abortion should be legal through the first trimester--mostly
because of the welfare thing. (A lot of us are mad that our helping
hand seems to have become a generational robbing of our money.) Also,
some of the bitching about Affirmative Action is off-putting.

Well, since here at AoS we tend to stay away from euphemism and adhere rather to its opposite, let me say that if it were legal to kill people to save money, I wouldn't start with babies.
And yes, I can see with certain backgrounds how people wanting equality under the law or being judged by the content of their character (and resumes) rather than the color of their skin would be "off-putting." I believe Democrats have held the opposite belief since before the Civil War. I do recall Democrats being rather put off by the same request by Martin Luther King Jr., while people like Charleton Heston and Bob Dornan were marching for Civil Rights.

Funny how history got turned on its ear by a Democrat press corps and academic establishment. Sorry if I sound like I'm piling on, but you did ask for help.
Some commonalities I've noticed since I came here (to Ace of
Spades)is that as awhole, we're pretty religious and wish there would
be more recognition of us as a Judeo-Christian nation; we're furious
about our open border with Mexico (at work, we have a lot of people from
other countries, but they've put in their time becoming legal citizens,
the way it should be);kowtowing to other countries is totally
unAmerican. One thing that keeps coming up now is that a Black man who
had the ordinary American school and family experience would not be
going around bowing to other countries.

Sounds to me like you've already pretty well split with your party. Doesn't mean you have to be a Republican, just means you and your party seem to have been going different directions for quite some time.

Good luck at the Taxed Enough Already Party - I imagine, since they're almost all about economics, issues like abortion won't enter into it much. I think it will be pretty energizing - that's what I hear from a lot of people, about how enthusiastic and friendly TEA Party peeps are.

The way for Arizona to tackle this racist illegal alien problem is to -

First - stop issuing state IDs and only recognize Federal IDs and foreign passports with attached visas; otherwise one can be presumed a flight risk and sit in jail for thirty days pending a common speeding ticket, or whatever;

Second - make vagrancy a criminal offense, at least they can sit in the clink until they establish ID under the 'First' above;

Third - stop issuing birth certificates - without a BC for your young-ones you would have to establish either a parent being a citizen (easy to the point of trivial) or the mother being in-country first (without momma having visa, a bit harder to the point of not credible).
