Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

Gus, you f#*king wanker - nothing is good frozen. Get some fresh Manatee, marinate it for 3 to 4 hours is a properly aged balsamic vinegar/tomato paste marinade, give it a good dry rub of fresh chives, mint and some sea salt and roast on medium heat (about 350) for a couple of hours.

Or shut it off!

236 Sassy,

I was only 94 pounds in the flag bikini pic. By Early spring of 09 (when the cold pic was taken) I was up to 104. When the bikini pic with the hat was taken (summer of 09) I was up to 110.

I was at the doctors last week and I'm 117 now. My goal is to get to at least 125, but even better would be in the 130 range.

Not all that far off the mark, and actually funny. But only I get to make fun of my ragtag band of pathetic losers. Now I have 36 hours to plan a revenge on this bitch, on top of all the other

I'm going with the Butterball turkey breast plus a four-pack of drumsticks. There's some annoying timing issues in staging two different cuts of bird, and I had to borrow some plywood to make my bed a buffet table. But all the details seem to be working out.

336 Dang,

I'm relaxed. But I also think stalkers and creepers are the lowest of the low. I have been at the receiving end, and it can be scary as hell (even when the guy is very far away). But mostly it's just the principle of the whole thing. Once you leave high school you stop doing stupid stuff like creeping and stalking. It's just immature.

448 So does anyone else have a problem with embedded YouTube videos in Firefox?

YouTube stopped working right for me on FireFox about 3 Flash releases ago when YouTube went to the wide format vids.   Some of the vids play OK, others I get just audio, on others I get audio and a strobing back and forth resizing of the vid stuck on the initial image.

Clearly there is some major issues with YouTube and recent Flash releases that neither outfit gives a damn about.

No.  Freaking.  Kidding.  Not sure if Pellini is turning the program around or just emptying the magazine in all directions.  Sure wish the Huskers were ranked higher for the B12 championship, though.

And how does OU get stomped flat by Ttech?  Stoops has lost that program, if he gets an offer from ND he should jump at it.

No, he's turning it around.  He just overcompensated on defense this year, considering that this was the single biggest complaint about the team before he arrived.  Plus, that's what he's known for.  I mean, even with the Iowa State game (8 turnovers? WTF???),  they only lost 9-7.  That's damn good defense right there.

Years after I graduated in geology, I returned and got into the MS program in the Petroleum Engineering department. It was so competitive by then, you needed almost an 800 in the math part of the GRE to even be considered.

not sure if this is a true story….
Gun Control
Barack Obama at a recent rural elementary school assembly in East Texas, asked the audience for total quiet. Then, in the silence, he started to
slowly clap his hands once every few seconds, holding the audience in total silence.

Then he said into the microphone, ‘Children, every time I clap my hands together, a child in America dies from gun violence.’

Then, little Richard Earl, with a proud East Texas drawl, pierced the quiet and said:

“Well, dumbass, stop clapping!”

Jane, I was sorry to read of your loss.

A mother passing is  difficult, as they are the one that love us no matter what, are there for us no matter what. and know us better than any other. grief ,  a ride of sorrow, pain,  shock , even when you know it was coming. Peace to you and your family  in this difficult period, may the grief be as light as possible and solace come quickly.. that any of her suffering has passed.

may your son be covered by the hand of G-d in times of danger. given strength when needed.

chilcot  (UK)

is opening an inquiry into Iraq war decision.

10.43am: Chilcot asks about "regime change". When did it start to "loom" as an object of US policy.

Ricketts says that the notion of regime change was around when the Bush adminstration took over. "We did hear voices [talking about] arming the Iraqi opposition." But this was not being pushed heavily, Ricketts says. The State Department was in charge.

Patey says that in February 2001 British policy makers were "aware of the drumbeats in Washington" relating to regime change. But Britain's policy was to "keep well away" from this option

always irritating. making it sound as if it hadn't become policy in 1998 with the Iraq Liberation  Act well before Bush.

The United States' Taiwan Relations Act of 1979 obligates Washington to provide arms of defensive nature to Taipei and underpins robust bilateral military ties.

However, the Obama administration failed to mention the act in a Nov. 17 joint statement with China -- an omission that raised eyebrows in Taiwan.

Typically, Washington mentions the TRA in the same breath as the series of communiques it signed with Beijing in the 1970s and 80s affirming the "One China" policy, which, for Beijing, means Taiwan is its territory.
