Correct me if I am wrong, but between November 5th and January 20th weren't we constantly bombarded by the media about how Obama had his crack team of economic experts were working on America's economic problems and they would have a plan ready to go on day 1.

If that's the case why do all these plans feel like they were anally extracted on the spur of the moment. I have visions of President Obama wiping his ass and then reading the portents and signs like some Greek oracle after slaughtering a lamb, and it's not filling me with confidence.

6 I have to confess that I like Obama's "shovel-ready" program to assign a tax auditor to each elected official in the United States. From Senator to lowly dog inspector, Obama's going to put tens of millions to work discovering trillions in uncollected revenue from the elected elites.

Better yet, it's white collar work that pays for itself. Since the average Obama cabinet official seems to have been "exempt" from taxes for at least a half-dozen years, we can expect both direct collections from tax frauds (also known as elected Democrats) as well as significant spikes in general collections from the Democratic masses who feel only Conservative businesspersons should pay taxes.

I just have to believe that there are more thinking beings out there than the likes of SNL would have us believe. I grew up during the time of SNL's birth in the mid-70s and watched it with excitement every Saturday night as a teen and beyond. Several years ago, I quit watching because of its obvious political slant...that I was unaware of when I was much younger & naive.
