I’m fairly certain I read that the Obama campaign doesn’t save the credit card numbers. They said it in a way that was meant to sound reassuring, like, oh no we wouldn’t save your number, we’d discard it immediately. 61 Actually there are many thieves out there that create scripts that they'll run on websites to ping Credit card numbers as he mentions. Imagine an Obama supporter who had the knowledge to do that ran a script of 2000+ cards for the maximum amount of 2300 and got hits on 100, or even 10. Once they've found a site that allows them to test cards, they'll keep doing it at increasing amounts until the site blocks them from doing it with security measures. I've seen people test hundreds of cards within a minute, first at 1 dollar increasing to 5000+ dollars. I'd just say that's more common than you might think.

I wouldn't be surprised that those that know Obama doesn't use AVS have been using his site to test credit card numbers they stolen, from these stories they'd know he's not doing a damn thing to stop it. Not only would he be facilitating fraud to benefit himself, but credit card thieves.
