What Obama (and this law professor) is doing is he is creating a stylized vocabulary for victimization and compensation for victims. This is similar to what engineers and scientists do to describe particular situations unique to their field. By doing this, Obama accomplishes several objectives. He confuses those who are not in the know. He legitimizes victimization by making it appear scientific. He creates deniability, as we see here, by denying the obvious meaning of words. (This last is a particularly effective methodolgy for leftists, for example, gay no longer is used in the sense of happy or carefree, but now is used exclusively for homosexuals, who are also now engaged in changing the sense of marriage.) He creates a means of communicating with like minds without saying anything incriminating.

This type of activity convinces me that Obama is a duplicitous creature. You can understand that as a lying, conniving dog that does not deserve to be elected to anything.

In my mind, there are only two types of Obama voters. Those that are too stupid for words, or those that know full well what he is up to and do not care. Both are morally corrupt for ignoring the corrupt nature of Obama.
