Logic?  Using your logic, if someone travels at 110mph the wrong way on the Interstate trying to hit oncoming cars, it's the traffic laws that are the problem.  There is very little wrong with the voting system we have until criminal losers break the law trying to cheat their way to power.  When people vote with honor and integrity, conservatives tend to win.  The "consequence" is that unhinged liberals decide that "By Any Means Necessary" is a valid campaign strategy because the majority of people are too stupid to understand that liberals know what is best for everyone else.
