Clinton supporters sharing evidence for RICO case against Obama campaign

Payback is a bitch. They didn't fall in love and they ain't gonna fall in line.

...Gastons documentary continues to gather testimonials from people across the country and we have word now that the people behind these efforts to document what Obama did during the primaries are also cooperating with law enforcement in an investigation into the Obama campaigns efforts to undermine the true will of the people in the general election...

...Whats happening here is something we have never seen before: centrist Clinton Democrats and Republicans are working together to expose the DNC and Obama campaigns illegal activities and orchestrated, coordinated fraud...

Vid [ace]: Both in One Trench tells me this documentary about Obama's supporters' thuggery in the primaries is worth watching.

Especially this clip.

And Michael Barone previews the coming Obama thugocracy.

3 This makes sense if you look at the core to fringe of the Dem party.  They believe Bush "stole" the 2000 election.  Many of them believe he stole the 2004 election with Swiftboating and whatnot.  The fringe actually believes 9/11 was a CIA plot with more believing it was allowed to happen.

...they are willing to believe the absolute worst about the Republican side.  Throwing around words like fascist and Nazi and warning of the police state that is currently being formed.

How hard is it to move from that to "doing something" about it?

Especially when the political literature these people cut their teeth on were Marxist radicals?

Even Hillary wrote her thesis on Saul Alinsky.

In those political bibles, anything goes.  The end justifies the means.

It is natural we'd see this kind of methods used.

4 My original thought was "Can this be looked into and exposed before the election?".  But my next thought was, "Who ever is helping to expose Obama better watch their back."  The backers of Obama are militant in their desire to see him elected.  They don't say BAMN for no reason.  When they say By Any Means Necessary, they mean it.  At least that is how it is here in Michigan.

5 Yes, but the Clintons have long knives themselves, as well as other weaponry. Obama should have thought a bit before messing with the Clintons.

Bill took stuff Obama said as a personal insult. He's not just going to grin and bear it -- he didn't do that with Republicans, and he sure as hell ain't going to take it from his own party.

7 "Every time I read about a new facet of Obama's shady past, I keep getting my hopes up that it will become public knowledge and make a difference.  It hasn't happened so far, but here I go again..."

The fact that this is even close much less that Obama is almost certain to win tells me your country's fucked.

A majority of your country's citizens don't care about his ties to a domestic terrorist, ties to corrupt criminals, his extreme socialist party ties, his working for ACORN, his most liberal voting record in the Senate, his support of infanticide, nor even his lack of accomplishment.

Compared to that you have John McCain, an accomplished man with numerous laws to his credit, a record of working across the aisle spanning decades, a true war hero who nobly served 5 and half years as a tortured POW, and then who helped reestablish diplomatic relations with his former torturers.

And the American people, the majority of them, don't care, can't be bothered to care. They're going to elect Barack Obama with his dreams of a civilian security agency to rival the Pentagon's (which his friend bombed) Defence Department and his unprecedented megalomania and creating symbols of power, even his own faux Presidential seal.

And some of you think that Palin-Whomever will come to rescue you in 2012. What do you think Obama will do when he has his hands on the levers of power?

Exit question: Why do you think Obama chose a notably weak second in command, someone who would find it difficult to credibly challenge him?

12 Christoph, you're an ass for taking such pleasure in our misfiortune (especially living in the people's arctic republic), but from your link

OOOoooof:

Let's take a look at a quote from a 2004 article - Case Study: Chicago- The Barack Obama Campaign - written by Toni Foulkes, a Chicago ACORN Leader, which was published in the journal Social Policy. Did we mention that Social Policy recently pulled this particular article from their website, while leaving links to all other articles up?

"Obama took the case, known as ACORN vs. Edgar (the name of the Republican governor at the time) and we won. Obama then went on to run a voter registration project with Project VOTE in 1992 that made it possible for Carol Moseley Braun to win the Senate that year. Project VOTE delivered 50,000 newly registered voters in that campaign (ACORN delivered about 5,000 of them).

Since then, we have invited Obama to our leadership training sessions to run the session on power every year, and, as a result, many of our newly developing leaders got to know him before he ever ran for office. Thus it was natural for many of us to be active volunteers in his first campaign for STate Senate and then his failed bid for U.S. Congress in 1996. By the time he ran for U.S. Senate, we were old friends."

Not only does Foulkes boast of Obama's ACORN leadership training, but also makes it clear that Obama's post-law school organizing of "Project VOTE" in 1992 was undertaken in direct partnership with ACORN. The tie between Project VOTE and ACORN is also something that Obama and others have attempted to disprove in recent weeks as ACORN has come under fire for allegations of voter registration fraud.

13 "you're an ass for taking such pleasure in our misfiortune"

I'm hardly taking pleasure in it. It's scary and I don't like it one bit. It also makes me sad.

I love America in the sense that John McCain loves American: as an idea, even an ideal. Just read your Declaration of Independence again! It's amazing. Pursuit of happiness enshrined as an unalienable right.

Further, you are my country's greatest trading partner and military ally. Believe it or not I love my family and myself and I don't want a dishonest terrorist-associating (and on and on) megalomaniac Marxist to take control in the powerful country that borders mine.

If it sounds like I'm gleeful, I'm not. In fact quite the reverse.

Posted by: Christoph at October 11, 2008 07:04 AM (hawOV)

14 Follow-up: I'm not glad your country's "fucked", I'm recognizing that the essential nature of your country appears to have changed where the majority of Americans are concerned.

In any other decade even the last one I don't think Obama could have won with all this. But now he can and probably will. I don't think that's just his charisma. I think it's the United States of America in 2008.

16 Christoph, I know you're not taking pleasure in it.  I certainly didn't take it that way.

That being said, I think some on the right get a little overheated thinking of all of the dire fascist things Obama will do once in power.

Granted, I think his administration will be bad.  But this is a resilient country and the government is set up to be balanced - effective enough but not enough to look like it knows what the F its doing.

I've said this before, if Obama is elected, we'll all survive.  We may even be better off for it.  Sometimes you have to lift the rock and let everyone see what's underneath.

Posted by: MrDIe at October 11, 2008 07:21 AM (MrDIe)

17 Chris, I think your reading of the situation is valid but off.

Half the American people aren't silent because they don't care.  They are silent because they haven't been informed.

The media is working for Obama, and the Republicans and Hillary people have not found a way to bypass the media enough to saturate the population with these scandals.

If they do see an adequate amount of light, I think you'll quickly see Obama's diehard supporters isolated as most of the Democrat supporters jump ship.

I doubt it will happen before the election, however.

27 I agree with Christoph's sentiments.  The simple fact that someone like Obama is the democrat nominee for President is an indication of how far our country has fallen into the grasp of the socialist/marxists/America-haters.  A possible majority of voters will very possibly put him in office.  They will do this even knowing what kind of person Obama is and with whom he associates.

I echo the question of is it even possiblt for ANY legal action to take place before the election?  We have seen the tactics the democrats and Obama use BEFORE they are in the White House.  What will they do when they have the power that goes with being IN the White House?

Sometimes I just depress the hell out of myself.

28 Christoph:

You must understand, valid criticism for some constitutes being a troll or an enemy.  I appreciate your love of America.

In partial defense of many Americans, they actually are just living their lives as normal workaday people, and are not consumed by politics.  And that is the ideal, in my mind, to be as free from political bullshit as possible.  America makes that more possible than anywhere.

I can say from personal experience, having gone to school in the wrong places, that the wealthy elite in this country (many many and probably most by far) hate this country.  The one thing they cannot buy to satisfy their narcissistic insularity, their parochial snobbery, is peer approval.  They have to earn it the easy way, by sharing hatred of this country with their fellow travelers.

I do not give the benefit of the doubt.  No, they do not love this country in any way shape or form.  I have spoken to too many of them, lived with them eaten with them.  They hate this country.

They are small minded, intolerant bigots.  Yes, I realize, many are very well educated and many are personally very charming, and in many ways nice human beings also.  But they hate this country, and they hate people who disagree with them, and are totalitarian in their pov.

Bambi views himself as Hugo Chavez.  I question whether he will be able to effect what Chavez did, I highly doubt it.  But he will be able to set us down a road permitting a future Chavez.  And we will not be able to get off the road.

Gore and Kerry were assholes, and of the same wealthy insular elitist ilk, but different.  Believe me, they hated America too.  But they were, in a sense, too clueless to be Chavez.  Bambi is not.  Frank Davis made sure of that.  Wright made sure of that.  Avery made sure of that.

Buckley Noonan and Brooks share the same elitist pov.  They do not, I believe, hate America.  But they are personally weak people, overwhelmed by high school peer pressure.  They are part of the same Parasite Party, merely the more mobderate branch, who still feel some attachment to this country.

We have a BuckleyNoonanBrooks running against Fidel.

29 So the Obama campaign is up to its neck in illegal campaign funds, voter fraud etc.  It is months too late to matter.  Any impact will be after the election and the winner only has to face a slap on the wrist (if that).

I pretty much gave up on this election back in April.  All of this wasted effort on Ayers, Wright etc is about 6 months too late.  McCain is facing a hurricane force headwind of an Obama infatuated media and an essentially infinite supply of worldwide campaign money.  Currently voters see only two things: He is not Bush and He looks presidential.  His statements on taxes and new programs are ignored by the media, voters and especially McCain.

The economy is everything.  In the voters mind the Republicans are to blame and McCain is doing nothing to explain how he will do anything differently (and not make matters worse).  His bipartisan instincts keep him from heaping justifiable blame on the Dems.  Obama only has to stand back and watch.  He wins by default.

Great link!

Thanks.

It's worth a valuable shot sharing that Cleveland link along with Ace's link about Gaston's work with Democrats who consider themselves  to be "moderates". As such yet, their news source remains only the MSM. Getting REAL news is an abrupt epiphany that everyone deserves a moment to experience and the opportunity to consider before voting.

Posted by: maverick muse at October 11, 2008 09:24 AM (F1b/5)

36 I think what it will take is a BUNCH of democrats getting loud and noisy. Right now, those on the left and even independents are starting to see Republicans as angry and nasty. That does not make anyone think well of a Republican administration, I don't think. We look scared and panicked.

There needs to be dramatic commentary on news programs from Democrats who step up to the plate and condemn Obama and his tactics and background. That is pretty much the only way to get some traction...or pray that some indictments come down before the election.

But even then, I could see the far lefties accusing Bush of orchestrating some kind of shut down of the political system by 'falsely' arresting anyone associated with Obama or his campaign.

Therefore, I call out to those with some clout on the Democrat side: Help us!!!!!! They are shutting down the arguments because it comes from the right. We look bitter, disappointed, scared, etc.

I only wish that Hillary would step forth and make it known what Obama did to her and that right now there are serious misgivings about the validity of his nomination and concerns about Obama and his followers tampering with the elections process.

I'm betting the Dems are wishing they had nominated Hillary. They wouldn't have the PUMAs trying to tear down their candidate, Obama might well have gotten the VP nod and unified the party, and McCain probably would have pick someone who was not Palin, who was the awesomest choice he could have made, for the base.

They are very fortunate that McCain has been an anemic campaigner and the economy is tanking and Bush's approval numbers are so low. These things may conspire to push Obama over the finish line, even hand him a decisive victory, where under other circumstances--Bush with higher approval, a rebounding economy--there'd be little chance for Obama to actually win this thing, given his shady past, his professed socialism, and other factors that make him a lesser choice that Hillary woulda been.

BTW, I've always kind of liked the Clintons, but I like them more than ever now. Clinton's defense of McCain and his tepid non-endorsement of Obama is just beautiful to watch. He's such an alpha-male--doing his best to quietly insert the knife and twist it, all the time cool as a cucumber. "Obama is all right. But McCain was a POW. He knows what it is to suffer for his country. McCain is brilliant. Sarah Palin is a powerful woman and a great choice that has really energized the Republicans. Um, and, you know. Vote Obama. If you feel like it."

keep in mind, on top of the 160 million dollars the RNC and McCain will spend in the final 2 weeks, the NRA has pledged to spend 40 million.

They have only spent about 5million so far. All mccain has to do to win is hold 85% of his GOP base and bring in 20% or more of DEMS and split independants.

The final 2 weeks will be an onslaught that Obama will not be able to defend.

Between the RNC,McCain,NRA, and 527 groups like AIP and Right Change they will spend over 200 million in the final 2 weeks.

I know conservatives are frustrated but stick this out. There is a master plan. There is also a reason for web ads, they are saving their money for the onslaught.

I will call it the OOO. Onslaught of Obama. This is in no way over. Think Dewey defeats truman. Or even Kerry defeats bush, which is what exit polls said.

with ACORN being investigated all over, they are not going to be able to commit voter fraud for obama. Also, do you think if obama had this wrapped up he would have ACORN trying to steal the election?

Keep in mind as well, all of the fraudulent registrants they have turned in, the ones that do not get caught go towards party ID. THey are over estimating Obama's support, against Hillary in the primary's it is a proven fact that obama underperformed his poll numbers in almost every state. There are also very important ballot initiatives in states that should bring you guys(conservatives) out in droves.

Today the Philadelphia Inquirer absolutely BURIES the story of a news conference yesterday in Harrisburg, where a retired Democratic state Supreme Court justice said she did not think this election in PA was going to be fair.  They reported over 250,000 registrations turned in by ACORN in Piladelphia, an so far at least 50,000 are fraudulent.  Hundreds more in Delaware County and other "target" counties.  Dems know they must have huge numbers out of Philadelphia and a couple of other counties to counter the rest of the state which is where all those "bitter clingers to guns and religion" live.

But the Inquirer found room on Page 1 to report that Sarah Palin "abused her power."

Assholes.

I've seen ACORN at work in PA, flashmobbing hearings to demand moratoriums on foreclosures, bans on mortgage brokers, and all sorts of anti-capitalist crap.  They have been harrassing students at Drexel and Temple to register multiple times.  It's unbelievable shit they are doing.

Stopping these anti-capitalist thugs is THE most important issue for me right now.  I've never felt great about John McCain and I don't care that much anymore if he loses this election.  I am not a super-alarmist who thinks we will not survive four years of President Obama.  I think he's an affirmative-action moron who will be tossed out on his ass in 4 years for gross incompetence in favor of President Jindal.  But if we allow Marxist thug groups like ACORN to undermine our elections and use flashmobs to mau-mau public officials into implementing anti-capitalist policies, this country is in serious trouble.

Also, do you think if obama had this wrapped up he would have ACORN trying to steal the election?

Amen.  This is not over, but it is going to be close.  Obama is now running radio ads in SW VA by Ralph Stanley (icon of bluegrass and hometown favorite) and another is being run by the United Mine Workers.

They know Obama, with his anti-gun &  pro-abortion stances, and the coal/no-coal flip-flopping, does not play well to the core constituencies of coal country, but they are pulling out all the stops to try and take Virginia.

It's all coming down to a few swing States.

58 I wonder if the news of this RICO investigation will be enough cover for Bill Clinton (NOT Hillary -- who will maintain her "party loyalty" stance, and be enhanced by doing so when she's been the victim of massive vote fraud)... for Bill Clinton to start talking about this... That would be something, no?

PPP-

I totally agree.  I've been saying for months that McCain was deliberately sitting on all these allegations.  Because if he'd used them in July or August or even late September, the MSM would have been able to bury them in the public mindset by the time the November election rolled around.  (See: Bill Clinton, re: Whitewater and the sex scandals...)

By the way, if you do not think ACORN is already affecting our government and our economic system, let me give you some facts:

ACORN has been shaking down banks and mortgage companies for almost 20 years, way before anyone outside the housing and banking world knew anything about it.  I worked at HUD in the 1980s and we were protested a few times by ACORN demanding more money for "affordable housing."  We talked to banks and mortgage companies that were being threatened with similar protests.  ACORN protested at Phil Gramm's house when he was chairman of the Senate Banking Committee.

In the shakedowns, ACORN threatens to protest at bank bracnhes and at the homes of CEOs and senior executives.  In return for calling off the dogs, they get banks and lenders to agree to "fair lending principles" that basically involve quotas for loans to minorities.  They also get cash, sometimes upward of $500,000 from the biggest banks, which supposedly help fund their "housing counseling" operations.  I know for a fact that Countrywide gave them $1 million to get their "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" as a "responsible lender."  Countrywide flaunted this iapproval in industry meetings and with regulators all the time, while it was making thousands of bad subprime loans and selling them to Fannie Mae.  ACORN never really cared about "fair lending" and it was perfectly willing to say that even the scummiest lender was "responsible"......for a price.

Recently, their shakedowns have involved agreements with major mortgage servicers to provide special "assistance" and "loan modifications" to ACORN's "counseling clients."  This also includes PAYING ACORN for "counseling sessions" with deadbeat borrowers who have fallen behind on their mortgages.  Once again they are threatening protests and intimidation if the servicers do not agree to their terms and fork over the cash.

This is a slimy a gang as anything the Mafia ever created.

Hey, everybody needs to go to RealClearPolitics and check out the piece by Michael Barone called "Obama vs. Free Speech."

It's pretty much a summation of all the dirty anti-free speech tactics that regular readers here are familiar with, but what makes it so startling is two things. First, to see them all listed together, and second, to see Barone go nuclear on Obama.

He says Obama's adminstration will be a "thugocracy" (his word!!) which is amazing because while Barone is conservative enough in ideology, in tone he is always pleasantly moderate. He's old school like that, and I've always liked his work because of it. A flame thrower he is not. For Barone of all people to call it like he sees it and bring down the hammer like that (THUGOCRACY!!) is sobering because it's confirmation it's not just some rightwing blog overreaction. It's real and it's scary.

Go check it out. (PS: I am so stealing that term now.)

Schadenfreude, or however that's spelled, I'm from Alabama. But you know what I mean.

A RICO investigation into ACORN and The Vapid One's campaign weeks before an election!

Well, smack my ass and call me Sally!

Please, please, please let it be true!

Seriously, I'm sending an email to the Florida Governor's office requesting that he put every effort to investigate ACORN and their shady ops down here and send the results to the AG in DC.

You should do the same if there is an ACORN investigation in your area. There should be plenty of you. They (ACORN) are in serious need of a cease and desist order on that nice letterhead they use for important shit.

More proof of Obama astroturfing, from MyBO.com:

By Jude 30 minutes ago (Updated 30 minutes ago) The Obama Ghost Writer Guild needs your help.

Over the last few weeks, we've built a network of people in battleground states (CO, FL, IN, MO, NC, NV, OH, PA, VA) who submit our articles and letters to the editor to local newspapers.

Now we urgently need more volunteers in these states, especially OH, FL, IN, and MO.

All we are asking is a few minutes to email letters (with modifications if you wish) to newspapers in your state. They are well researched and written by professional writers and well give you easy-to-follow instructions on how to use them.

If interested, please contact sthieme@kc.rr.com ------------------------------------------------------ Some morons should email this turd and sign up, and then post their boilerplate and instructions for astroturfing.  I see these letters all the time in the Inquirer.

74 First off, I rather doubt the MSM would run stories shielding Mr. Obama from putative impeachment hearings. It would sell too many papers. It would also serve to counterbalance charges of bias: They write left-friendly articles before the election and left-unfriendly articles after the election.

Second off, articles of impeachment are brought by the House of Representatives. Absent such an indictment (by Congress) any wrongdoing can simply be shrugged off like Al Gore's "no governing authority" bit. If Mr. McCain were to implode on election day, Mr. Obama would have coattails increasing the Democrat majorities in both houses of Congress. Even if he squeaks in, the Democrats would likely retain their majorities.

At this moment, Congress is holding hearings about the financial crisis while excluding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from consideration. I have heard no talk of impeachment of either Mr. Dodd or Mr. Frank in this Congress. There'll be none of Mr. Obama in the next Congress.

We're going to be saying "what if" about this election for the rest of our lives.

You can also download alot of good materials on their site to get
the word out about Obama.
Since the MSM is actively suppressing information that we, the voters,
have a right to know, our only hope is to get active and speak directly to people within our sphere.

This is especially true in the states of NC, VA, PA, OH, MI.  People respond more to one-on-one conversations than anything they read in the papers.

81 I watched the 30+ minute video a while back.  It's scary as hell ... and people laugh if you bring up 3rd world thuggery like Zimbabwe.  But Mugabe didn't start out taking farms from whites and bashing in heads.  It took him a decade to consolidate enough power to get to that point.

83 Why do you think Obama chose a notably weak second in command, someone who would find it difficult to credibly challenge him?

If that was the intention (I don't think so), it probably wasn't a the right choice. If things do get hairy in an Obama administration, I think that Biden will look more like a Gerry Ford than a Spiro Agnew to most people.

In any other decade even the last one I don't think Obama could have won with all this.

Well, Kennedy had some help with his campaign, if I recall correctly. The Chicago party machine is a throwback to earlier times, complete with Mayor Daley. And nineteenth-century elections everywhere were usually pretty awful by our standards. Not that the latest turn of events is anything to be complacent about.

I only wish that Hillary would step forth and make it known what Obama did to her

By publicly endorsing Obama at the convention she gave up her chance to do that. In any case, pulling something like that in October would probably spell the end of the Clintons, or the Democratic Party as we know it, or both. The Clintons are pushing dangerously close to that as it is.

You know, it's gratifying to see the Hillary supporters now realize how important it is to have a fair and honest press. Welcome to the club gals. Maybe now you can START to understand just how frustrating/infuriating/mind-numbingly angering it has been to be a conservative for the last, oh, 50 years.

And while I certainly understand that Obama is the common enemy here, let's not get too caried away with feeling sorry for poor wittle Hillary. Let's not forget about the thuggery, intimidation, voter fraud, and other political dirty tricks that were an everyday happening under the Clinton administration. She is no shrinking violet when it comes to silencing her critics whether by investigations or visits from "neighborhood activists" like private detectives and Craig Livingstone.

Maybe now you Hillary supporters can understand why a fair and open election is absolutely essential. I think I can speak for everyone on this blog when I say that if Obama were to win a CLEAN election, we would accept the results like adults. We would not LIKE it, but we would abide by the decision of the American voters. Same with Clinton. We can vigorously oppose his (or her) policies as a loyal opposition, but keep it civil.

But I hope you Clinton supporters remember FULL WELL how the media covered for your hunk of burning love during the eight years he was defiling the office he was elected to represent. Not just the affairs, but the last minute pardons, the illegal fundraising, the almost daily drip-drip-drip of scandals ranging from framing an innocent man (the travel office scandal) to the Brand Davidian and Elian Gonzales debacles.

I'm quite sure you also remember how uncomfortable it must have made you feel to have to defend a man who supported your "right of reproductive freedom" while he was out sleeping with and probably assaulting dozens of women. Tell me, how exactly DO you justify the hypocrisy of being a "feminist" while turning a blind eye to probable rapes, assaults and humiliations of women by people like Clinton, Kennedy and numerous other "luminaries" of the Democratic feminist movement? You women who have blindly supported these men while they trampled all over the rights of other women now are feeling the sting of karma.

As I said earlier, Obama is the larger enemy here. We for once can all agree to put aside our differences to defeat a larger foe. But I hope we all learn an important lesson from this. When either side puts blind loyalty to party or ideology above principle and right/wrong, it WILL come back to bite you later. No doubt we will find ourselves at odds again over important issues. However, I truly do hope that we can debate and argue our viewpoints from a postition of integrity and honor, rather than the "win at any cost" mentality that is prevailing now.

It is high time you did a feature story on Senator Obama's significant connections with ACORN, and how that organization's pattern of fraudulent voter registration will be a factor in helping Senator Obama get elected.  I'm talking about a serious expose, solely about this issue -- the kind your network would jump to do if a Republican were the focus.  How about it?

When I hear of people, elderly people, being intimidated at the polls I can't stop from crying. Imagine all the fight and intimidation they endured trying to get the vote to, only now, decades later, have it taken from them again.

This is not the America that I love.

And, the bullshit with placing Obama stickers on those who entered the polls knew good and well that the stickers would not make someone change their vote. Quite simply, it was a way of pointing out that the Obama supporters could get to them...that they could physically reach out and lay hands on them...even in public...even at a polling location.

Intimidating the elderly and the feeble is what now substitutes for fair play?

God help us.

186 As a years of sale jerseys fans,I watched countless jersey store. Therefore I am not only like plenty of cheap jerseys at different times, but also very interested in the cheap jerseys which different players wear when playing the game.
NBA jersey is the one of the most important equipment expert the basketball shoe.It is more standing for a banner of sale jerseys, even a symbol of urban culture than an important sign of jersey store.
So I am very concerned about the NBA jersey.Although a lot of NBA jerseys design will be changed, the style of cheap jerseys should be basic fixed. However, the new design just change slightly , doesnt undermine the overall style and characteristics of jersey store.
Therefore , as a professional sale jerseys fans should buy jerseys.
