For This I Had to Pay $150?

Compare and contrast. First, Madonna, clapping and screeching.

Then, an adequate substitute, which you could actually own for the same $150 it cost you for the right to stand in Madison Square Garden and be sweated on by Gay British George Costanza double Andrew Sullivan, bitterly clinging to a youth he barely remembers.

Thanks to cis for the cockatoo video.

3 In Madonna's defense, the $150 doesn't factor in the cleaning costs to get the poop out of your upholstery & clothes for the lifetime of the bird, and they live 50 years or longer.

Are you having fun?!!!  You look bored!  Are you having a good time!!!

Uh, no. We're not having a good time. Show us your tits or something.

On second thought, all of us in row 6 decided that we'd like to see Sarah Palin's tits instead. Can you arrange that for us, you dried up chlamydia ridden skank-ass?

No?

Then can you just maybe, uh, shut the fuck up already and end whatever this thing is that you're doing?

Thanks.

" Sarah Palin has to go, she's not invited to any show"

And what even halfway intelligent person would pay $150 to hear her screech and make you clap incessantly?

HelloHello and Hello, it is I - Nanook of the Funny Funny Norrth - here to provide with you the entertainment.  So, to begin:

What's the difference between a camel's toe and a moose's knuckle?  About four layers of long underwear.    I kid. I kid. I - but - boy does it get cold up there ...

anyway  it is very exciting that Alaska is featured in this year's presidential race.  Boy - Alaska - we've finally made the big time - mentions in the news, discussions about Alaska on the cable shows - in my village, we get cable up there, we're not Canada,  we refer to Keith Olbermann as "Uklan-a Marib'oona" - which roughly translates as "undigestable sealion blubber" - the stuff that passes right through you.

And, sure, we have seven words for "snow" but that's ten fewer words than Chris Matthews has to describe Obama.  I mean - seriously - those two should get an igloo or something.

Sarah Palin is our governor - we like her a lot, or we think we did - at least we dud until we found out how stupid and hick we Alaskans really are.  The main stream media is checking out dumpsters from Fairbanks to Juneau - so we're starting to put dead herrings and other things that bears, bald eagles, those sorts of critters like to eat.  Maybe they'll develop a taste for media-type, all nose, no backbone.

Sarah Palin's been a lot of fun, shooting moose from the hot tub in the Governor's mansion, putting the plane up on eBay, that sort of stuff.  But the best thing about our Governor?  Don't tell Andrew Sullivan, but when the Governor's water broke - she went outside and wrote her name in the snow outside the hospital ... and the names of all her children.  Let's see Barack Obama do that.

-

34 maybe the Washington times has a new angle on the story. Recall the original story involved comments that Obama made at a meeting that was also attended by a bush administration official. When this fact became known it watered down the story. Perhaps there was a separate and out of band attempt by Obama to influence iraqs policy. If true that would open up a whole new line of attack for the McCain campaign and for the debate. Chin up.

35 A bunch of people know how to clap in unison while some clap whore chants a rhyme. ....  Nice!.... I gotta tell you this. Riding the trolley this afternoon, going through  Old Town. Theres a guy out in front of the train station tucked between a Palm tree and and the trolly guard rail. As  I cross the tracks, he says "Wanna buy some crack?" I didn't get the drift on his first attempt so I asked "What?"... "Wanna buy some Crack?" he says. So I holler out "Anybody wanna buy some crack, cause this feller over here has some crack ... to sell!" The MTS cops were all over this guy in like 30 seconds. I bet it sucks for him tonight!
