Ohio vote fraud begins in earnest

Ohio SecState nuance: "casting ballot" != "voting", so its perfectly fine for any random person to walk up, register and "cast a ballot" on the same day even though state law requires 30 days between registration and voting.

Of course, since there's no interlocks or cross checking, anyone could register and "cast a ballot" in multiple locations. Of course poll watchers are being turned away and told to fuck off since this is only early ~~voting~~ "ballot casting".

Obviously, I beg the question that there will be military disenfranchisement, which I don't necessarily expect to happen.

I can understand why he is waiting right now, I don't think that it is the right move, but I can understand. The internet moves too quickly, Rush and Foxnews and the NY Post are able to get stories out, and the people are starting to ignore the drive-bys. The military won't have to do anything but wait until the next congressional election to see Obama nuetered.

I still think Mccain will win the election. And I'm motivated to work hard to help. I also am SICK of republicans not fighting for proper vote security. It's absolutely amazing that they went from 1994 to 2006 without making voter fraud a much more serious crime, and without instituting real voter ID reform. They got called racist anyway.

Yes, this is a process that is rife with fraud and corruption, but there is no Ohio law that requires the person voting to have registered 30 days in advance. So far, three courts have said that including one with a huge majority of Republican judges.

Electors are chosen by states. If Ohio had amended its constitution to say, "fuck you, we're a mandarinate and we'll select our Electors without consulting voters" then Constitutionally, we'd have to live with it.

But states aren't allowed to submit Electors if they internally claim to be a republic when they aren't. Bush versus Gore implies that state elections are bound by state law. It strikes me that the SCOTUS could keep the election on hold until Ohio sorts out to SCOTUS's satisfaction that it has counted every legal ballot.

If that fails, then the question becomes, who steps in when the whole country has become a mandarinate pretending to be a republic. Best case scenario is that we become like Turkey, where the army refuses to support governments it doesn't like.
