I just listened to an interview of Jello today, recorded years ago, where he stated California Uber Alles was specifically about subtle fascism, the kind that Jerry Brown used and, in my opinion, Barack Obama is currently tapping into. Sure he was a lefty but the Punk side of him hated the forced conformity of the D party, the "Zen fascsists" and "mellow out or you will pay" mentality.

This particular song nails it perfectly.
