Hmm ...been thinking about this when there wasn't this level of detail, and the one question that always came up (arguing against its existence), was IF it existed, how could the Clinton machine - with the finest oppo' research team in existence -  not have known about it? And to stay with the analogy, she realized she would need a KO at the convention (i.e., the overwhelming support of the super-delegates). And a surprise knockout, at that.

So. They've had a copy of the DVD all along. And. It's her that is releasing the teasers recently, to prep the ringside battle to come. Hell, this entire technique has "Clinton playbook" written all over it.

Why didn't Brian Ross find it?  I dunno, maybe this person found it before Brian Ross did.  We all knew from the webarchives and TUCC's mission statement that something was seriously wrong about TUCC way before the Wright videos came out.  In fact, I think most of us were surprised that the Wright videos took so long to come out.  You would think the blogosphere would have found out before Ross did.   So the delay could also be due to journalistic laziness/stupidity and the fact that they are in the tank for Obama and would probably personally devour the dvds with a side of fava beans to save the Messiah.

Lots of circular references between Larry (Karl Rove will be indicted) Johnson and various satellite blogs make me skeptical about this one. Then two things happened:

1) Barry O quits his racist church over the weekend following the kneecapping of Father Vanilla Pfleger, which looks like a deliberate ploy by the Obamatons. Barry announces he is "shocked, shocked" to find out that racism and radicalism are alive and well at Trinity, and from a white man, at that.

2) Hillary shows up last night looking like the cat that swallowed the canary and announces that she's keeping her options open. Meanwhile, Larry Johnson keeps cross-linking with satellite blogs, gradually providing additional tidbits.

Since Trinity has scrubbed its website of many of its downloads, it may be that Hillary is just trying to smoke out a copy of the Michelle rant. OTH, if Barry O is dumb enough to leave dynamite just laying around, Hillary's coy attitude starts to make sense. So does Barry setting up Father Vanilla.

Mabye it's all a desperate last gasp by Hillary, but I have the feeling that there are more cyber landmines ahead on the election trail that could well blow the wheels off Barry's bandwagon.

IIRC, wasn't the rant supposed to include a reference to Katrina?  Katrina happened in 2005, the year after this conference.
