I believe it's unconstitutional not to let everybody in the world become a U.S. citizen. It's there the inalienable right to pursue happiness? Yes, the Declaration of Independence, but it was voted upon and thus is sort of a pre-nup for the country.

And if people are barred from the best country in the world, where many want to pursue their happiness, that's blatant hypocrisy. And bigotry. And I'm sure global warming is involved, too.
