My understanding is that it would have to be disclosed as such, unless there's something I'm overlooking, and I'm curious what limitations they would have per contributions of $100K to such organizations.

Strict constructionist on judges, which protects the 2nd amendment and goes against Roe v Wade.  Tax cutter.  I'm not sure what your looking for.

In the first debate he completely lost credibility on the judges and federalism issues when he wouldn't give a firm opinion on whether Roe v Wade should be overturned. 

I understand he's pro-choice (and it really doesn't bother me much), but even so someone who says he'd appoint constructionist judges should be able to acknowledge one of the most famous activist rulings in modern history as a mistake.  Instead he gave a wishy-washy, non-committal answer about it.  As such I'm not confident someone with such a RINO past would follow through.

We can't even get him to say the right things in the Republican primary - like Hollowpoint I don't see him following through.

And it is easy to "talk tough" in the War on Terror - Bush has done plenty - much harder to actually perform. Let alone with a busted military and traitorous opposition.
