Keith Olbermann: Rupert Murdoch More Of A Terrorist Than Bin Laden

Considering his ratings, I can understand the sentiment.

Al Qaeda really hurt us, but not as much as Rupert Murdoch has hurt us, particularly in the case of Fox News. Fox News is worse than Al Qaeda — worse for our society.

Thanks to Mike.

1 The kicker is the next line, you should include it.  The one where he compares them to the Klan.

Can't see how this isn't fireable.

2 Fox News is worse than Al Qaeda — worse for our society.

It's amazing how one news show and two news commentaries on a cable network can change civilization as we know it. What a loon Olbermann is!

Olby is making my Sunday football habit less fun too, what with his inane and grasping commentary.

What a maroon.

Message to Olbertard:

Name 3000 people killed by FOX News.

/Why bother asking, you know his answer is "By enabling the evil BushHitler junta, FOX news has murdered at least 600,000 innocent Iraqis as demonstrated by the Lancet report, etc.

Right said, Fred! (sorry, I had to)

I started to watch "Football Night in America" but then saw his ugly face.

Props to the universally reviled (amongst the right) John McCain

He's done a phenomenal job lately defending the right policy in Iraq

9 That's such weapons-grade stupid that you can't even formulate a coherent reply.

And now he's on that football show that I would otherwise watch if it weren't for him.  Well, and for Collingsworth.

I think there's a better than even chance of this being so.  Even Moonbat chicks don't want to fuck a creep, except maybe The Big Creep himself.

Man, wouldn't be awesome if there was a Republican  sweep in '08 and Olbermann's head exploded?

Chicks would let Olbermann bang them, but the word has already gotten out via one of his terribly disappointed conquests that he really, really sucks at it.

"These are the fingers by which I am forced to please myself", as it were.

Effeminate, whiny, smug, arrogant, hyper-unmasculine, uber-liberal beta males being no good at pleasing women?  Now I've heard everything!

14 When you're nobody you have to exaggerate to get attention.  It's not as if anyone important is waiting for the next pearl of wisdom to fall from Keith's mouth.

15 Those aren't pearls of wisdom falling from Keith's mouth. Remember his prior gig as fluffer for homo porno film company.

17 I posted this here a few weeks back, but it's worth re-posting:

Here (part 1) and here (part 2) is a list of 83 notable media screw-ups including fraud, fabrication, misquoting, doctoring stories, unsubstantiated reporting, and plagiarism.  It spans a time period from the early 20th century (Walter Duranty's NY Times Pulitzer for essentially reprinting Stalin-era propaganda denying famines in the Ukraine) up through (and especially focusing on) recent years' well-known journalistic and media debacles.

Not one item on the list comes from Fox News.

Olbermann and his co-ideologists need to have that rubbed in their smug little faces and to be challenged to substantiate their criticisms of the network with specifics.

18 Did anybody on this board consider reading/listening to Olberman's reasons for saying FoxNews was worse than Al Quaida? Maybe he feels that the Bush administration and the republican party lied about Iraq, WMDs, and about them being a threat, and that Fox was THE forum for them...leading to public support of an unjustified war, re-election of the administration, and what will likely be 1 million deaths of Iraqis that had nothing to do with 911. Just my thoughts on where he might be coming from. Is Fox worse than Al Quaida? Well...do any of the Fox journalists/entertainers openly advocate for the killing of people in the middle east? And is there view supported by the best military in the world? Olberman's theory is interesting and I think he can make an argument, but I don't think I buy it.
