That being the case, every soldier who was shot in that building at Fort Hood should receive the Purple Heart.  Every soldier present in that building should receive the CIB.

Hood killings.  He talked about it with zero emotions and spoke in a way that can only be described as robotic.  Then he flies back to DC to arm twist the walking dumb on a matter the American people have repeatedly said  they do not want.  After that, because of the strain on him and the first lady, he goes to Camp David for a well deserved rest.  Can we survive three more years?

There is this thing called "chain of command" it goes one and only one step at a time. Sort of like in the civilian bureaucracy. On Oct 1st Obama received it.
