Shock: Whitebread Rich Kid Brownlee Ave Vote Fraud Criminals Won't Be Prosecuted

Interesting system they have in Ohio -- absolutely no checking of voter fraud before it happens, and absolutely no penalty after, either, even when it's been proven.

Gee, I wonder what policy Ohio officials are attempting to advance regarding vote fraud?

They're nice white kids from good families. Charges are only appropriate in cases of black lower-class ACORN workers. You know -- the no-account coloreds who really don't matter and who don't have fancypants white dads with lots of money and white pull.

So I approve, of course.

Nice work, Ohio.

Thanks to WilliamA.

1 Thats why they do it ACE there is no downside to committing vote fraud

2

BTW they are losing their vote so is some downside. They should also lose their vote in their home states.

You think the African-Americans are noticing this?

4 Drudge has a big headline about a McCain volunteer being attacked and having a B carved in her face. Sounds hokey.

Black America will forgive any misdeed, malfeasance, misfeasance, misdemeanor, felony, atrocity, or holocaust committed by the Messiah and his followers. The end justifies the means. Nothing matters more to them than getting him elected. Trust me, I have a box seat to this phenomenon.

Commit knowing vote fraud in Ohio.  Worse case scenario they don't count your vote.  Lets try those rules for bank robbery, rob the bank and if you get caught they just take the cash from you or at least what you have left, and see how many more bank robberies happen every year.

Can someone please remind me again why I only vote one time in each election? Come on, one reason why I shouldn't drive a couple hours to Ohio every 4 years and spend a day registering in as many counties as possible (other than the waste of a day).

Black people are getting took. Hoodwinked. Bamboozled if they think that Obama isn't going to throw them under the nearest bus when he gets elected.

It's not like Obama gives a shit what happens to low-to-middle income black folk. He doesn't swim with the little fish. He swims with HR departments, leftist college professors, communists, community organisers and Reverend Jeremiah Gatedcommunity Wright.

icemike and Miles - be careful. Charles would have declared the Twenty Four Hour Rule on LGF by now if he hasn't already.

Shit this shocking has to be vetted.

Mostly I'm praying it's not true.

13 Big E--If you've got a job, or a legally registered gun, or you're not a student or a felon or stoned, they'll divine that you were voting for the wrong candidate and prosecute.

This is the only thing that kept me and my friend from South Carolina out of the advance-voting station in downtown Milwaukee last night.

I remember seeing a pickpocket get nabbed on the Chicago subway, years ago. After the cop had the creep in cuffs, the creep started whining, "Hey, she got her purse back! Can you let me go?" And I swear the cop, in a pure schoolmarm manner, said, "That's not the point! You shouldn't have taken it in the first place!"

But I guess in Ohio, that is the point: attempting a felony is OK, as long as you don't succeed. Or in the words of Bill the Bomber: "Guilty as hell, free as a bird: What a country!"

Posted by: Brown Line at October 23, 2008 04:02 PM (VrNoa)

16 buzz: Yeah. HR Departments. Human Resources departments for big companies always deal in Diversity. As in, Michelle Obama's job at the University of Chicago Medical Center.

17 I don't care what party these registration officials and states attorneys are.  If the people come to the conclusion that elections are rigged there's a gonna be trouble.  Playing with fire.

19 Any chance they got the out in exchange for sworn statements about who told them they could get away with it?

Not likely, but you never know.

21 I've written to the prosecutor to ask what other crimes he's willing to overlook. Who knows, maybe they wink at hobo hunting too.

What? Its a crime?  Its not like they have souls or something.

23 I saw this coming when the AG said he was looking into whether they understood Ohio's voter registration law.  His conclusion?  They didn't.  Kind of hard to make that case, though, when they were in the state to register voters.  How do smart kids register voters without understanding the rules for registration?

26 I'd offer them a plea.

Cop to the felony and the judge will suspend the sentence.  That will fuck a lot of post college careers pretty good and they'll never become lawyers.

Posted by: Purple Avenger at October 23, 2008 05:54 PM (OqXyp)

I guess “ignorance of the law” is a defense. Let’s all move to OH for a month and vote.

Posted by: Vic at October 23, 2008 06:00 PM (b1ysY)

#23 exactly!  These are "Marshall Scholars" and such who became aware of Ohio voting law and started this "Vote from Home" group.  They are all really "intellegent" and they got involved to register people and help them vote.  But they just didn't "understand" the laws?  I don't think so.

The only way he might have prosecuted anyone was if he could prove they voted in their home state as well and even then I'm not sure he would.

Posted by: BAW at October 23, 2008 06:33 PM (8nB5X)

29 Brunner and Strickland don't give a damn about the law, they are going to do it their way, that is Obama's way., There may be a good side to this though, maybe enough of us REAL residents will vote in Repubs for Congress now, and certainly we will remember how the Democratic Party Leadership (an oxymoron) STOLE the election for Obama.

Posted by: auldsailorohio at October 24, 2008 10:24 AM (QHWf0)

30 this will be written down in the history books as the second stolen election.  I can't wait to sit down with my kids when helping them with their history textbook (written of course by the illuminati left) and saying, "Ohh yeah, that's the election when I gave up on the American political system all together."
